1 package Sister Schubert's Parker House Style Rolls or 8 Sister Schubert's Dinner Yeast Rolls, split 2 cups (1 pound) favorite prepared barbecue pulled pork, beef or chicken, warmed 1 cup prepared or homemade coleslaw, see recipe to the right
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake rolls according to directions on package. Split rolls and arrange on a plate. Fill each roll with warm meat filling and top with small portion of coleslaw. Serve.

8 Sister Schuberts Parker House Style Rolls, defrosted and broken into crumbs 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, hazelnuts or pecans 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened and cut into bits
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. For topping, combine Sister Schuberts Parker House Style Rolls with all remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Cut butter into ingredients to create a crumble topping. For filling, combine apples, sugar, cinnamon, flour, zest and cider and toss well to coat apple slices. Transfer apple mixture to prepared pan. Dot top of apple filling with butter. Cover apples with topping. Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until topping is light golden brown. Cool slightly and drizzle top of crisp with warm Marzetti Caramel Dip and serve with ice cream. Crisp can also be prepared in individual ramekins; baking times may vary depending upon the size of the baking dishes.

5 tablespoons butter, divided 8 ounces sliced mushrooms 1 cup chopped onions 1/2 cup flour 2 cups chicken broth 1 cup heavy cream 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 2 tablespoons chopped parsley 4 cups chopped roasted chicken 2 cups carrots, cut on an angle, blanched One 10-ounce package frozen peas, defrosted 1 cup green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces and blanched, optional
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly mist a baking dish with non-stick vegetable oil spray. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium high heat; add mushrooms and saute until they are golden brown. Transfer to a plate. In same skillet, melt remaining 4 tablespoons butter; add onions and cook until they are soft and golden brown. Add flour and stir for 1 minute; pour in chicken broth and heavy cream and whisk until sauce is smooth. Mix in mustard, salt, pepper, thyme and parsley. Pour sauce into large mixing bowl. Fold in chicken, carrots, peas, beans and mushrooms into sauce. Pour all into prepared baking dish. Arrange sliced rolls on top of filling and brush with melted butter. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until filling is bubbling. If topping starts to brown too much, cover loosely with aluminum foil.

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake rolls according to directions on package. Prepare grill to medium heat. Marinate the chicken breasts in barbecue sauce for 30 minutes. Cook chicken breasts 7 to 8 minutes on both sides or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Immediately place chicken on top of rolls and serve.

Preparation
Whisk together all ingredients, except tenderloins, in a mixing bowl. Add pork tenderloins and marinate 4 hours. Prepare a grill to medium-high heat. Transfer pork tenderloins to a tray and discard marinade. Oil grill rack and grill pork tenderloins until each reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F. (Cooking time will vary depending upon the size of the tenderloins.) Transfer pork tenderloins to a cutting board and cover loosely with aluminum foil for 8 to 10 minutes. Slice and serve. 8 Sister Schuberts Dinner Yeast Rolls, split 1 pound ground beef 1 red onion, sliced 1/2 head of lettuce, pieces 8 cheese slices, American or Swiss Salt & pepper, to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake rolls according to directions on package. Prepare grill to high heat. Make 8 three-inch beef patties, salt & pepper to taste. Grill beef patties 5 minutes per side, or until well done. Place a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of grilling. Arrange bottoms of rolls on plate. Place a patty on each roll and add onion slices and lettuce. Cover with tops of rolls. Serve.

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine olive oil, garlic, herb blend, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl. Brush each Sister Schuberts roll with oil mixture. Preparation
Position oven rack one level above middle position. Preheat oven to broil. Arrange Sister Schuberts Dinner Yeast Rolls, cut side up, on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Top each roll with a little sauce. Layer each roll with turkey, tomato slices and a sprinkling of black pepper. Spoon remaining cheese sauce over each roll. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Watching entire time, broil 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Top each with bacon slices and parsley. Serve.

Dazzle a crowd with this light and refreshing trifle made by layering Sister Schuberts Blueberry Rolls with fresh strawberries, blueberries and a lemonflavored whipped cream filling.
Makes: 1 large trifle Prep Time: 35 minutes Cook Time: 18 minutes
Ingredients
2 pints blueberries, washed and sorted 2 pints strawberries, washed, hulled and cut into bite-sized pieces Juice of 1 lemon plus 1 tablespoon of grated lemon rind 2/3 cup sugar, divided 2 teaspoons cornstarch 1 quart heavy cream 1/2 teaspoon almond extract One 11-ounce jar lemon curd 1 pan Sister Schuberts Blueberry Rolls, prepared per package directions
Preparation
Combine berries in a large bowl; sprinkle with 1/3 cup sugar, lemon juice, lemon rind and cornstarch. Using a large saucepan over medium heat, simmer berry mixture until berries begin to soften and release juice, approximately 3 minutes. Set aside to cool. Using large bowl of mixer on high speed, whip cream with 1/3 cup sugar and almond extract until soft peaks form. Do not overbeat. Using a small bowl, combine a tablespoon of lemon curd with 2 tablespoons of whipped cream, stirring until well combined. Add remaining lemon curd and combine with whipped cream. Beat on high speed until somewhat stiffer peaks form and lemon curd is well combined. Remove Blueberry Rolls from pan and cut into 1-inch pieces.
To Assemble
Spoon a layer of whipped cream filling into a large glass trifle bowl. Add a layer of Blueberry Rolls. Add a layer of berries with juice. Continue layering until you have used all of the roll pieces and berries with juice. Finish with a layer of filling. Cover tightly and refrigerate until ready to serve.

One 11-ounce package Sister Schuberts Parker House Style Rolls, defrosted 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/4 teaspoon Italian herb blend 1/3 cup pizza sauce 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella 15 to 20 pepperoni slices 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper 2 thin slices white onion, separated into rings 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and coat with non-stick vegetable oil spray. Carefully remove Sister Schuberts Parker House Style Rolls from pan and place on prepared pan. Using a rolling pin, compress the rolls into a 9-inch round crust. In a small bowl, combine olive oil and herb blend and brush top of crust. Spread pizza sauce over top of crust. Top with remaining ingredients. Bake 18 to 20 minutes. Loosen pizza with a large spatula if necessary. Cool slightly and slice into desired pieces. Serve.

1 package Sister Schubert's Sausage Rolls, thawed 8 large eggs 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 4 cups half and half Dash hot pepper sauce 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
Butter well a 9 X 13-inch casserole dish. Remove rolls from pan and slice each roll into thirds, cutting across sausage. Using a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs until light and frothy. Add mustard, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and half and half, whisking until ingredients are well combined. Flavor with a dash of hot pepper sauce. Place sliced rolls into prepared casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese and pour egg mixture over cheese. Cover tightly and chill 4 to 24 hours. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Bake casserole until center is set, approximately 50 to 55 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Preparation
Heat a deep skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat and add ground meat. Brown meat until it is cooked thoroughly. Carefully drain and discard fat. Transfer meat to a bowl. To same pan, heat oil on medium heat; add onions and peppers and cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently. When vegetables are tender, return meat to pan and add remaining ingredients. Stir frequently to cover meat with sauce. Reduce heat to low and cook for 20 to 30 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly. Split Sister Schuberts Dinner Yeast Rolls and spoon meat into rolls. Serve.
