Page 9 of 9 Troubleshooting If you get any troubles in reconfiguring your email client applications, follow the steps below: 1. Double check everything is configured correctly such as server settings, ports, your email address and also your email password. 2. Try to ping both the incoming and outgoing servers. You should get reply from ip address 203.153.24.130. If you get reply from ip address 203.153.24.141 it means your computer/laptop still read the old DNS configuration. You need to release/renew (for Corporate Broadband Customers) or disconnect and then reconnect the dialer (for netZAP customers) to re-read new DNS configuration.
