Non-player related questions:

How can someone attack me without declaring war? In fact, they cant. Either you missed/delete by accident the info of you been declared on. If so, the guy should turn up a different color on the map (some people find declared players orange on the map while I see them red) might be something with the system or your pc. I dont know about that. Other then that, if a alliance has declared on the alliance you are in. And not the other way around but allies for example. You cant hit them on the offensive but they can. Simply because of the alliance v.s. alliance declaration. How do I get more/faster jewelry? Getting more cities/officer too ransack. And do so every 24 hours if you can. I prefer having a total for lets say 12 officers ransacking. Means there are 4 different types of fields. Means I ransack 3 of each over 2 or more cities as 1 city cannot hold 12 officers ransacking etc. So yeah really its simple: Having more officers ransacking with a high politics level After 24 hours. Or let them ransack as long as you can. Just click collect. Select all fields again and hit ransack again. Only thing is, the fields will drop in level eventually down too 0. Means you dont get any bonuses for the resources. But if you dont really need those, you just can keep your officers ransacking daily on those fields for weeks on end. Also I prefer having some troops in there 200 infantry for example. Just too not have a empty field. So people cant screw it over with just 1 scout. How do I get more gold? Simple: Getting more houses, level these up too higher levels. And set up taxrate higher. However higher taxrate drops your idle population so you can build less army. But this should not be a problem if you dont concentrate on army mainly at the moment. However a higher taxrate also drops your morale, meaning it can be easier too seize you. can i plunder a Official event field whit 33k HT 34kRock 12k spg and officer lv 61 I think you can, However this also depends on what the enemy official event field holds on troops etc. Just too let you know though, I have not heard 1 person ever saying official event fields are worth the effort or rewards. So my suggestion is keeping your troops far away from those fields so you dont suicide your troops into that Also: a officer of lv 61 can have 200+military or just 20. So the level itself isnt helping on any info gathering if someone is asking about inof about your officer, the level is not important but the stats are more. lol. 1 Question more Special commission do i have to buy it ore can i get it in game You can buy them for diamonds 500 (or less if you have those ribbons, here you need war2 coins for, either 4 or 8 of them. These you can buy with diamonds as well, or earn them with certain events that happen along the server) Or you can go to your missions tab Click the ww2 heroes tab after and then click the special commission part and see the requirements for one of these. However I dont recommended buying these in unless you already have the jewelry, can miss it, and already have captured a ww2 hero.

Now for my questions:1. A guideline for building defenses, which is prefered (Bunker, Howies, AA and AT), a quantity to strive for and then at what point do you alter the settings regarding letting your army come out from the wall or stay under (mainly for when player is off-line) Well I dont think there is any. But honestly I try too evade bunkers from being build. As the damage they do sucks, and their range does as well, I dont see any use for them except being a extra wall for enemy forces too destroy. But even if this is at 10K bunkers or so, with enough troops you maybe hold out 1 or 2 rounds more. And bunkers mean less space for other defences. Also remember the max space you have on a wall is 100K This means 100K bunkers 50K howitzers 20K ats 20K aas All of these just single defence will fill your wall. However you could do Ats and aas by 10/10K (50/50K space) or. 20K(40K space) howitzers and 2K (10K space) ats and 10K (50K space) aas whatever you like. Makes all 100K space. And the space is what you have too deal with. THERE IS NO WAY, ALSO NOT WITH PLANS OF BUILDING, GETTING YOUR WALL HIGHER THEN LEVEL 10. Remember though that defences have their strengths and weaknesses. And also each their own range. About letting troops coming out or not. This really is not up too me. Why not? Cause I cant tell you too have your troops in or out if you want the opposite. Though having your troops out will make the seize harder, However, with the wrong defences and wrong troops you might be very profitable for big players. Or totally not. So this you really have too sort out on your own, What you want, How you want it, When you want it, Where you want it, Why you want it.

2. What is a pleasant mix of troops to have in a city that is sustainable; optimum resource layout (12 food, 12 oil, etc..) and then 10k HT, 20K Fighters, 10k Bombers etc.... Yet again this really is up too you. I mean I cant tell you too do things this or that way if you dont want too or dont see the need of it etc. However, Having a decent food cap. About 150200K out put in every city gives you a decent output, and that meaning you have food everywhere so you can be quite easily self-relying. Also if you want cities in a save area too be productive you might better have more resource fields then farm fields, simply because you can transport oil and other resources more on a hourly income basis as the city is ready and done on building etc. I think you get the point what Im trying too say here.

3. What are truely the essential buildings and corresponding level in auxillary cities that serve as either supply links or jump bases for attacks. Well essential? Yes, I think walls are essential, higher level walls make seizing more difficult and give you extra range meaning you can hurt the enemy more on a seize. Transportation centres really can save your ass so better make sure you have these. And jump bases/war cities are best with enough farm fields and a lot high level houses and sufficient armsplants should make sure you have enough idle population and enough troop production capabilities that you will produce troops fast enough and in big amounts. 4. Battle scenarios; what particular type of troop is best to attack or defend another troop; example I took a field of 3000SPG with a handful of rockets because they had greater range, but if you let them continue to go forward during the battle process they walked into range and started to get hit by the SPG's (Order of Battle) Well too be honest, everything can beat everything really if its in the right amounts. As rockets suck against air. But I think 1000 rockets would own 100 fighters. Numbers are a big part of the game However, air units dont like shooting aa guns at their end, or spgs really and they cant move onto those spgs Ground forces hate special forces though as they hit them hard, but sf might hit hard, but you dont need too hit them hard too kill them off, as their armor is only a extra layer of skin. But other then that, there are not real numbers that I can use as examples. As officer make a big difference also. And you might encounter defences with a seize, meaning its not only troops and might need a different type of troops combined taking it. However with the spgs only I move forward with rockets. As soon as spgs are in range, imma pull back as that should keep them in range. Why? Because moving forward gets you distance between your wall and rockets. Meaning they might have 4 rounds getting back also. And before spgs move into hit range. Might give you 2 extra rounds. So means you have 4 extra rounds hitting those spgs simplyn by moving forward first creating space too move back on. 5. How the heck do you manage to get any descent clothing for your officers! Only 2 ways. Getting equipment on the right level by honorpoints or diamonds. Or somehow get those equipment chests high level ones. But I experienced THESE SUCK. So I recommend spending your diamonds on something else then these chests. 6. Is their a secret to the using star badges and others like it, they seem to fail more than succeed! Any they get pretty expensive. Well too be honest. I HAVE NO FREAKING IDEA All I know is the higher the level of officer stars the harder it gets too level them up Heres a link though too the forums about this. Might clarify something. Hi TheProject My question: what is the best amry mix given the number of units (ie food limit) a city can support For example I can support only about 20K units Well 20K units can variety already from 20K infantry or 20K rockets. Making a difference from 20K too 240K food upkeep. However there is NO BEST army mix. As everything CAN be beaten. However I recommend for our smaller players too go after spg-rocket-at-aa-fighter tech as soon as they can. And mix the numbers up as they like it best themselves (you learn from mistakes after all if you make any) cause this also depends on your way of playing and attacking etc. Though having a lot high level food fields make you able keeping more troops in your city without going negative, meaning you can mix up more troops or have higher numbers on troops.

I have a question. What kind and how many of each kind of troops do I send if I want to seize or plunder a level 5 NPC city without any casualties? Just too put it simple: You will have casualties. Unless you manage too get like 250K heavy tanks. And then I still have my doubts. Cause defences will be there shooting. So casualties there will be no matter what. However, NPCs aint the effort anymore since the diamond-bug has been taken out the game/server (yes this was a bug, as it was not ment having soo many diamond chests dropping from npc cities).

hey i was wonding on how u cud get lets say a 90k army with out going into negative food output, have bout 6k to 8k of most land units and all my farms r at a level 12 As said before, with the 20K example from Sally, different units eat different amount of food an hour. However about 20 or so farms at level 12 should help you out on a decent foodoutput for a war city not having your troops starving, or atleast not fast, unless you have tons of them then they will eat tons, resulting in a ton higher negative output.

Hoi TP, 2 questions;- Hero's; How can you see or know what value the different Hero's have on Pol - Mil - Knowl before recruiting ?- how you can easily train your officer from a 4 star to a 5 star ? Or from a 3 star to a 5 star. Regards, Hundigo About the ww2 heroes, I have no Idea. You might wanna ask Fabio as he has multiple ww2 heroes. But myself I have no idea, never tried finding or capturing one before so in all honestly, im blind in this. Lol About the starbadges, really read KILL EM ALL his questions. And then NUMBER 6 of the list. This should answer the stars(badges) problem. But I suggest if you want a officer look for one often in your military institute. 4 stars are rare, and 5 stars are VERY rare. But there seem too have been people finding a 5star officer from the institute. However THIS I cannot back up, however, I occasionally come across a 4star officer in the institute. But sometimes this is a very high level (meaning retraining costs are a lot higher in diamonds) Or not the specialization youd want it (military/politics/knowledge).

I have some questions, some might feel like silly 1. Is it good to have 2 good cities or 4-6 cities rather under developed compared to previous condition? I dont know what your previous condition is. But having more cities up too like 8-10 cities is always good. More cities means more officers, more resources, more army, more ransacking -> more jewelry. More gold income more researches capable etc. And what someone might find a good city might be for others a average one. 2. Do we need to have each and every building in each city in military sector? Good question, and yes I think you do. Except for naval academies (if youre in north Africa, what the hell is the use of a naval academy in the freaking desert? LOL ) I just build of all buildings atleast 1 in every city. So atleast Ive got everything working on researches etc. and on troop capability. However the difference between houses and armsplants is on the point really what the main purpose of that city is (war/production/resource city etc). 3. Is there any ideal number for buildings in the military sector? Well ideal number? I just use all empty spots. As every big player probably does. The space is there for a reason USE IT! 4. Which troops we should prefer to produce ? This really depends. But personally I can tell you not too make any infantry, motor, light tank units. As I found these the most useless over all. But if youre attacking a lot I would recommended a lot of forces you would want too attack with. If you prefere defending I would say make as much of the troops you have you want too use too defend (you gotta let your troops out then though on a receiving plunder/seize or they will stay in the pub)

5. How do we earn Honor points? Killing enemy defences and/or troops. I can advice a high military officer though. Ranking this one up and hitting the enemy harder this way so loosing less. 6. How early we should start seizing and plundering NPC or other player cities? Is it okay to attack a lower rep city? Well I cannot say you cant attack NPC cities, but so far I havent found it worth it. And since the diamond bug has been fixed THEY JUST SUCK BALLS IN REWARD. Player cities, well really depends on your army size and the enemy. Atleast be sure too be a few hours straight if youre seizing a enemy city, cause yes it will take a few hours without a lot of special forces. And its ok too attack any rep city above 10K (below 10K it cant be attacked as far as I know) And other then that, everything is fair game if you see it as a target. As if it where allies, you cant attack them anyway.

Question 1 explainn proper way to ransack Well all I can say from experience is getting a high politics officer in there ( I prefere them 75 and higher) with some troops as said earlier in a different answer. And just ransack every 24 hours , collect, select all again and ransack again. Repeat progress as much as you want. Or read the top of this message (all in the above) about the jewelry part, should clarify some things. Still got questions? Hit me up (not literally, lol) #2 how do you assign those points for officers in the parenthesis ? If I am right you mean the Politics 150 (+10) right? If not, get back too me. Other then that ill explain Politics from level + stars combo gives your officer a 150 politics. The +10 is from items that officer wears or rewards (capital thing for example) he got. This is added up too the total of your politics. So would be 160 (for example in the rankingslist your officer should say 160 politics) And also the resource bonus on the politics as a mayor the extra +10 is added too increase the bonus. #3 best way to gain points for officers Pol Mil etc.. Well either finding a low level high points high stars one. Retraining this one. Etc. However, attacking a lot does help with the officer xp.But might cause you some heavy losses all together after a week or 2 of attacking (and not being a military one means you hit a lot less harder then you would with a military officer) #4 Best matchups to destroy other troops SPG vs fighters are best so forth ! Referring too KILL EM ALL his questions. Part 4. This should answer your question =)

5How do you know how many scout planes to scout with ? Well this depends. Here a few things though 1) a higher level recon tech makes scouting easier and less chance of having ur scouts found 2) if enemy keeps scouts at home, even with 1 scout you wont be seen. 3) I always try having like 5-10K scouts scouting first, depending on rep of player. So I wont loose too much if the guy online or anything. Either I get too see his scout numbers if he finds me, or he blows them apart all in 1 shot. 4) If it happens that you see his scouts. Sent just as many or even more at his ass. With a high military officer too kill his scouts if you like =) 5) If he blows everything up. Get a higher recon level, or a lot more scouts in there (he might be online though getting more scouts in his city the normal, take this in consideration) Or get someone else close by scouting for you who prob could take the intel. Provide the scouting player with your techs then though (armor, firepower and recon tech) and scout numbers you sent in and lost all in 1 shot/go Q;#6 How do you get special forces and heroes ? THANK YOU PRO YOU DA MAN!!! Special forces? Meet requirements. Click your barracks/arms plants. Get that tab of all units. Scroll all the way down. And put your mouse on the TRAIN button. Should give you a popup with info what the requirements are and what you are at. Heroes? Ww2 heroes? You gotta first get intel of where they are at. ARP over, capture that hero somehow (a lot of seizes/plunders, I suppose seizes, ask Fabio he has experience) and having enough diamonds/jewelry willing too spent these on a special commission too take the ww2 hero into working for you. Otherwise he fleeing with your wine after 12 hours. AND DONT FLATTER ME THAT MUCH. LOL! Thanks though =) Hope this sort kinda faq helps you guys out, and hope you enjoyed the reading.
