This time we have been advised by many learned authors, lawyers, and conscious citizens of our beloved country that we should publish an issue of our Journal on the Constitutional Development and Amendments of our country. So we have decided to call upon our contributors, authors and researchers at large to send research articles to our editorial board headed by Professor Dr. Maimul Ahsan Khan, who has already shortlisted a good number of renowned reviewers of research articles on constitutional issues of legal, political, economic, social, ethnic, and cultural importance. We can assure you that your submitted articles would be reviewed by very qualified reviewers whose academic comments and criticisms hopefully will be very helpful for all of us to make our intended issue on Constitutional Development and Amendments a highly professional publication. Any interested Lawyer, Retired Judge, qualified author, Law Teacher, and even a group of brilliant law students collectively can write on any relevant constitutional issue to be considered by our editorial board, which is a body of academic professionals of their eminence without any political or ideological bias. Format of the Article for Journal of Islamic Law & Judiciary: 1. 2. Text Range: From 6 to 15 pages (including documentation). Typing/ Printing: Times New Roman, Font Size 11 Lines Justified at the Right Margin Printed on one side of the paper. Paper Size: Letter Size (must for Soft copy) Margins: Top: 1.85, Bottom: 1.75, Left: 1.75, Right: 1.75 Gutter: 0, Gutter Position: Left Header: 1.5, Footer: 1.35 inch indent at the first line of every paragraph 1 inch indent at both sides of the page for the set-off quotations (above 3 lines. Line Spacing: i) Hard Copy: Double-spaced throughout the paper, including quotations, notes and references. ii) Soft Copy: Single-Single-space throughout the paper, including quotations, notes and references. Heading and Title: Neither underlined, nor quotation-marked, or all-capitalized No full-stop after any heading or title Title must be put 22 Font under the top margin of the page. Page Numbering: Upper fight-hand corner (without any abbreviation or punctuation or symbol) Tables and Illustrations: Source or any notes to be given immediately below the table Single-spaces throughout the lines of the table. Submission: The soft-copy of the Article is to be submitted to: islamiclaw_bd@yahoo.com The hard-copy of the Article is to be submitted to the editor, Journal of Islamic Law & Judiciary Documentation: Consistent with the MLA Style. Abstract: At the beginning of every paper (100-200 words). Must be 1 inch Indented at both left & right margin, Italicized & Font Size 10. Any article except this format will not be accepted.
