SIXPACK Account No. XXX-XX-XXXX, (hereinafter Trust) nunc pro tunc January 22, 1948 C.E., do hereby nominate and do appoint Douglas H Shulman, d/b/a DOUGLAS H SHULMAN, COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, his successors, assigns and heirs, as being capable and qualified to the position of Trustee, hereinafter Trustee, for the Trust to be effective immediately as of the date set forth below, and shall continue until further notice or reappointment, substitution or cancellation by Grantor/Beneficiary. Grantor/Beneficiary also hereby appoints as Co-Trustee, hereinafter Co-Trustee, Timothy F. Geithner, d/b/a TIMOTHY F. GEITHNER, SECRETARY OF THE US TREASURY, his successors, assigns and heirs. Grantor/Beneficiary notices Trustee and Co-Trustee that title to the Trust corpus has been transferred to Trustee Douglas H Shulman, d/b/a DOUGLAS H SHULMAN, COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE by UCC3 Assignment No. XXXXXXXXX, Receipt No. XXXXXXXX. Whereas, said Trustee and Co-Trustees responsibilities are to exercise scrupulous good faith and candor towards, for the benefit of and on behalf of Grantor/Beneficiary, to accept and receive all liabilities, accepting and receiving all service of process and other documents, instruments, bonds or other important papers, to appear, discharge, settle and close all matters material to above referred Trust in all-capital-letter-assemblages, including any alphabetical or numerical variation thereof, and to do all other acts requisite to faithfully execute said appointment fully, faithfully and specially under this appointment. Trustee, Douglas H Shulman d/b/a DOUGLAS H SHULMAN, COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, his successor, assigns and heirs, and Co-Trustee Timothy F. Geithner d/b/a TIMOTHY F. GEITHNER, SECRETARY OF THE US TREASURY, his successors, assigns and heirs, are hereby directed to settle, within 10 days of receipt, all debt obligations and accepted offers, referred to either of them by the authorized representative, presented to the Trust via setoff of the Trust corpus, now in possession of the Trustee and CoTrustee, to the benefit of the Grantor/Beneficiary, and to provide an accounting of any and all transactions when requested by Grantor/Beneficiary. Trustee and/or Co-Trustee shall file all appropriate and required tax documents for the Trust in a timely manner. Trustee and Co-Trustee are due reasonable compensation for performing the duties of administering the Trust. Reasonable compensation is defined and agreed herein as an amount not to exceed 1% of the total Trust assets per annum. Trustee compensation shall be drawn from the corpus of the Trust monthly. An accounting of compensation due and paid to Trustee and Co-Trustee shall be provided in writing to Grantor/Beneficiary when compensatory payments have been drawn from the Trust corpus by either Trustee or Co-Trustee.
