2010- 2011 - # 01 AN ORDINANCE MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR ROAD & BRIDGE PURPOSES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING ON THE 1.ST DAY OF MARCH, 2010 AND ENDING ON THE 28TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2011 FOR THE TOWN OF SCHAUMBURG, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS

BE IT ORDAINED by the Supervisor and Board of Trustees of the Town of Schaumburg, Cook County, IllinOis, that:

AN ORDINANCE MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR ROAD & BRIDGE PURPOSES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING ON THE 1ST DAY OF MARCH, 2010 AND ENDING ON THE 28TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2011 FOR THE TOWN OF SCHAUMBURG, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS
be and is hereby adopted as follows:

Section 1. Appropriating Clause. The sums of money designated in the following sections of this Ordinance are deemed necessary to defray all expenses and liabilities of the Town of Schaumburg for Road & Bridge purposes for the fiscal year commencing on the 1st day of March, 2010 and ending on the 28th day of February, 2011, and the same are hereby appropriated: Section 2, Road & Bridge Fnnd BUDGET AND APPROPRIATION

Section 3: That should any part or pOltion of this Ordinance be declared and adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration and adjudication shall be severable and shall affect only that part or portion and shall not affect any other parts or provisions thereof. Section 4: That the Supervisor and Board of Trustees find as follows:

A. That the estimated cash on hand at the beginning of the fiscal year commencing March 1, 2010 and
terminating February 28,2011, for Road & Bridge purposes is $316,532.00. B. That an estimation of the cash expected to be received by the Town of Schaumburg during the fiscal year of March 1, 2010 .through February 28, 2011, which includes estimated personal property replacement tax funds, funds received pursuant to tax levies and special tax levies and other income is $499,391.00. C. That the estimated expenditures to be made for the fiscal year commencing March 1,2010 and ending February 28,2011, for Road & Bridge purposes shall be $533,806.00. D. The estimated unencumbered cash expected to be on hand at the end of the fiscal year ending February 28, 2011 is $282,117.00.

Section 5: That the Town Clerk be and is hereby directed to publish this Ordinance in the form required by law. Section 6: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law. SectiolL7; That Section I shall be and is a Summary of the annual Appropriation Ordinance of this Road District, passed by the Board of Trustees as re<luired by law and shall be in full force and effect from and after this date. Section 7: Thai a certified copy oflhe linal Budget and Appropriation Ordinance must be filed with the County Clerk within thirty (30) clays after acloption, but not beyond three months after the end of the last fiscal year, and the Ordinance filed with said County Clerk shall be the District's final Budget & Appropriation

Ordinance for the 20 I 0120 II fiscal year, unless amended by law in writing. ADOPTED this 13 th day of April 2010 pursuant to a roll call vote by the Board of TlUstees of Schaumburg Township, Cook County, JIlinois.
