Courses in Government, Grant-in-aid and Govt. seats in

Self financed Colleges after 12 Standard (Science Stream
with B/AB Group) for the academic year 2011-12 will be
available only on payment of Rs. 160/- (Rs. 150/- Form Fee
+ Rs.10/- Processing Fee) in cash from the branches of
Axis Bank approved by ACPMEC, from 23/05/2011 To
06/06/2011 during banking hours (Sunday closed).
Duly filled application forms along with the required
copies of mark sheets, certificates, Caste Certificate, NonCreamy layer certificate will be accepted only at Office of
the Admission Committee for Professional Medical
Educational Courses, Opp. Trauma Centre, B. J. Medical
College, Civil Hospital Campus, Ahmedabad 16 only in
person from 27/05 /2011 To 10/06 /2011 between 11-00 AM
To 2-00 PM & 3-00 PM To 5-00 PM (except Sunday and
Holidays). The application forms of the eligible candidates
who have appeared in GUJCET-2011 only will be
considered valid.
Students who want to take admission in Local Quota
of Smt. N.H.L. Municipal Medical College, Ahmedabad and
Surat Municipal Institute of Medical Education Research,
Surat, have to obtain the certificate of Local candidate
from said colleges and attach the copy of the same with
application form.
For physically handicapped candidates, to decide
percentage of disability, decision taken by Board formed
as per the Government Notification No.GP-11-MCG-10083544-J, dated 26-5-2009 shall be final.
Application forms send by post, courier, etc. will not
be considered. Application forms received after 5-00 pm
on the last date i.e., 10 /06 /2011 will not be considered.
