National Conference II:


The two national conferences take place in January and May and are the most important gatherings of the different leadership bodies all over Austria. During these conferences not only the successors of the national leadership body are elected but more over the strategies for the upcoming years are defined. Therefore these conferences are a combination of workshops and educational programs to ensure quality hese but also go along with broad discussion groups on relevant issues in society and strategic topics. ng

Sales Academy is a skills development program, where new and


experienced AIESEC members attend professional sales trainings from externals as well as skilled sales people within the organization. The goal of the program is to educate our members on sales and to coordinate the efforts in promoting our products to Austrian companies.
