Responsabilities:
Las siguientes tareas sern coordinadas por todo Quality Manager: Prearrival Presentacin de Service Flow en AIESEC Santiago and Booklets Package. Buddy, Video de presentacin, Address Book, Alojamiento. Comunicacin con la empresa sobre datos y procesos del Trainee. Arrival Preparacin y Organizacin de la Recepcin y Bienvenida y entrega del Welcome Package Traimites Legales y Ubicacin en Santiago Cuestionarios de Evaluacin a la Tercera Semana Work Station Presentacin del Trainee en la empresa y Comunicacin del Proceso de Prearrival y Arrival. Capacitacin de Shock cultural Evaluaciones de Calidad. Get Involve Incoming Preparation Seminary, Actividades Culturales, Tours, Involucramiento con el Comit, Trainees News. Cuestionario de Evaluacin Bye bye Case Study, Video de la Experiencia y Material Promocional. Despedida, Leaving Package, Certificado de Participacin. Reincorporacin al pas de origen y Cuestionario Post X al Trainee y a la empresa.
