Introduction:Our marketing project is about consumers behavior towards corporate garages and general garages. We conducted a survey on both garages and filled up questioner as primary source of data. As per our survey, we examined the factors that has made consumers behavior up and down towards both garages. This project has given some important results such as, consumers pricing behavior, place, interest, time etc.

Analysis:From questioner responses we analyzed that approx 87% consumers preferred to go at general garages because of price, lack of awareness, steriotype perception. In our survey, we visited 3 corporate garages and 10 general garages. Corporate garages are preferred by only 13% consumers who are generally status oriented or rich. By asking first five question we tried to gether information regarding the potential of the gerage. By asking the amount of employees who are working in corporate gerages and genral gerages, we come to know that, In corporate gerages the no. of employees are greater than that of genral gerages, which shows the capacity to provide services to the available consumers.

In corporate garages genral bike services are being done in 30 to 40 min while for the same service general garages takes about an hour, because of the lesser amount of man power which genral gerages have. This can be one of the reason why corporate gerage managed to have 13% of consumers v/s cheap and easily available service through genral gerage.
In a day we found that more no of bikes are coming at general garages. Following can be the main reasons for this Reasonable price Easily reach to garage Service can be done in front of consumers

On other hand, general garages do not provide any package but they estimate all charges as per parts service.
This provides a segment, where people who are rich, stays at posh areas and who are having expensive bikes will never go for local gerages untill and unless it isnt a emergencny.
In our survey we have also taken responses of consumers about their satisfaction level and money value after service. We took about 10-12 consumer responses in both garages.
From our survey we examined following different reasons for Corporate gerages that why consumers are not coming:-

CONCLUSION:Though the market share of genaral gerages are way high than that of corporate gerages, but now people have money to spend on quality, it is evident because the corporate gerages have just started a year ago and

mannaged to get sufficient amount of consumers. Good promotion can give these gerages great rise.
