If you settle below the minimum amount due, or any amount after the payment due date, you will be charged with 3.25 % Finance Charge and 2.25% Late Payment Fee for Peso account, and/ or 2.5% Finance Charge and 2% Late Payment Fee for Dollar account. You may pay your LANDBANK VISA account either by cash or check (Peso). To avoid penalty charges, all payments must be received on or before the Payment Due Date. Payments (cash and check including On-Us checks) will be posted within 37 banking days. the VISA card shall be valid only up to the date indicated on the card and renewable every two years. the cArDHoLDer shall be responsible for all the charges, including all fees, finance and service charges incurred through the use of EXTENSION CARDHOLDER. Your assigned credit limit may be used for both straight purchases and deferred transactions. Deferred availments are payable for 3 to 24 months. To use the cASH ADVANce service, a PIN mailer shall be issued and sent to your billing address. Cash advance limit is up to 30% of credit limit or whatever is the remaining balance, whichever is lower. Interest is a flat 5% for peso and 2% for dollar on the amount withdrawn, and a service fee of P50 (for peso) and $2 (for dollar) per transaction. Only Megalink and VISA Plus ATMs may be used. For VISA mINImum AmouNt optIoN, pay only 5% of your monthly purchases and cash advances or P500 for peso and $50 for dollar, whichever is higher. LANDBANK shall not be responsible if for any reason the VISA card is not honored by affiliated merchants and shall not be held liable for any defective product or service purchased through VISA card. The creDIt LImIt represents maximum outstanding balance of the purchases and advances that the CARDHOLDER and EXTENSION CARDHOLDER may be allowed at any given time. For security purposes, there is a maximum amount and/or number of transactions allowed per day. LANDBANK VISA local cardholders will receive one statement of account every month while LANDBANK VISA International cardholders will receive two billing statements every month, one for peso account and another one for dollar account. THE cArDHoLDer should notify LANDBANK of any change in billing address or phone number/s. All pAYmeNtS must be made on or before due date as indicated in the Statement of Account in any LANDBANK and Banco de Oro online branches nationwide. Returned checks will be charged a flat rate of P150 (local) and $25 (dollar) per check. The above interest rates and charges may be changed without prior notice in the event that applicable rates are adjusted by the law, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas or the service provider. In the event of the CARDHOLDERS failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions provided in the application form, all privileges granted to the CARDHOLDER will immediately cease. Amount due, including interests, penalty/surcharges and attorneys fees, shall immediately become due and demandable. LANDBANK may at any time amend provisions provided in the terms and conditions, including but not limited to credit limit, rates and surcharges, provided notice in writing is given to the CARDHOLDER. Failure of the CARDHOLDER to notify LANDBANK of his/her intention to terminate his/her membership and/or the continued use of the VISA card shall be construed as acceptance of the amendments to this Agreement.

Annual Fees shall be charged to the client from the time of issuance of the credit card and every year thereafter. If you settle in full on or before the due date, there is no applicable Interest Charge that will be imposed. If you settle only the minimum amount due or any amount less than the outstanding balance on or before the payment due date, you will be treated as a borrower or revolver. Hence, a Finance Charge
