The following is the exam schedule for June, 2011. Exams run from Mon. June 20 to Thurs. June 23. Page 1 has the table of the exams scheduled in the morning. Page 2 has the table of afternoon exams. Pages that follow outline the examination instructions.

B. STUDENT ABSENCE If you are absent for an exam you will be given a mark of '', unless a valid reason for the absence, (i.e., medical certificate) is presented to the Vice Principal by Friday, June 24. The Make Up Exam Day is Friday, June 24 at 8:30 a.m. You must see Ms. Moore to confirm arrangements. C. LATES Examinations begin promptly. No additional time will be given for "late arrivals". Go directly to your exam room. D. CONFLICTS An exam conflict may be defined as having two exams scheduled to be written at the same time. If you have a conflict, submit an Exam Conflict Form to Ms. Moore by Friday, June 10. E. STUDY During examinations, the caf is designated as a QUIET STUDY AREA from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The caf will close each day at 12:00 pm. The commons will accommodate students who wish to quietly converse in preparation for an exam in the morning AND will be available for bussed students only for quiet study purposes in the afternoon. F. OUT OF BOUNDS All hallways are out of bounds while exams are being written. Students must not be in the halls unless they are on the way to or from an exam or study area. G. BUSES Buses will operate their normal schedule. H. EQUIPMENT You must provide the necessary equipment for your exam. Check with your subject teacher to determine what is needed. I. CAFETERIA No food will be available through the servery.

J. EXAMINATION ROOM PROCEDURES 1. Good planning would include going to the washroom just before the exam begins. Avoid the need for washroom breaks during the exam. 2. You will be admitted to the Exam Room 5 minutes before the exam is scheduled to begin. 3. You must write the exam in the designated room (check with classroom teacher). 4. Subject related notes, coats, knapsacks and bags are to be left in your locker. 5. Once the exam begins, do not leave your seat for any reason. Notify the teacher by raising your hand if you require assistance, paper, etc. 6. Any attempt at collusion or communications with another student will result in the cancellation of a paper and an exam mark of ''. 7. Release times: a) 1 hour exams students must remain in the exam room. b) 1 hour exams may allow release after 1 hour c) 2 hour exams may allow release after 1 hours. d) No release during last 15 minutes Students will not be allowed entrance into an evaluation after release times begin. Extremely late arrivals must see the VP. 8. Before submitting your answer papers to the presiding teacher: a) number each page and put in numerical order; b) fold the papers in the middle; c) on the outside of the paper, write your name, homeform, subject teachers name, and total number of foolscap pages. K. INCLEMENT WEATHER If the school is officially closed because of inclement weather or an emergency situation, the exams for that day will be postponed until Friday, June 24, 2011.
