PREFACE

Industrial training is an essential requirement of the M.B.A. Program. The Main objective of this industrial training is to provide an insight into the industrial environment among the students. In the First year, industrial visit become mandatory to the students because they may get personal experience and can learn more by exposure to the industry. They can get practical knowledge of the industries and they get an opportunity to know the working patterns in the various departments, such as, marketing, production, personnel, & finance etc. This practical training at first year level offers me an opportunity to get the practical knowledge including theoretical aspect of each department and its real functioning. I have full confidence that this valuable experience would develop my inner capabilities and would also help me in my commitments. I am really happy to get such an opportunity to visit an industrial unit & get practical knowledge about all the functional areas of that particular industry.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This report has been prepared with a specific purpose in mind. It outlines the history , consumer satisfaction on fit cans and the current scenario of the CocaCola Company globally and locally. The first part of the study takes us through the present state of affairs of the beverage industry and Coca-Cola Company globally. The report contains a brief introduction of Coca Cola Company and Coca-Cola India and a detailed view of the tasks, which have been undertaken to analyze the market of Coca-Cola i.e. I have performed Competitive, PESTLE and SWOT analysis of Coca-Cola Company and PESTLE and SWOT analysis of Coca-Cola India in order to identify areas of potential growth for Coca-Cola. I have also given a brief description of Trends and Forces that are affecting Coca-Cola Company globally. The main objective of this project report is to analyze and study in efficient way the current position of Coca- Cola Company. The study also aims to perform Market Analysis of Coca-Cola Company & find out different factors effecting the growth of Coca-Cola. Another objective of the study was to perform Competitive analysis between Coca-Cola and its competitors. Apart from these objectives this study is also conducted to understand the Customer satisfaction on fit cans.
