PositionDescription:Supervisesandperformsitemandmonetaryaccountingandinventorystockcontrol, financialplanning,andfundscontrol.Computesrequirement,determinesallowance,researchesandidentifies suppliesandequipmentrequirements.Supervisesandperformsoperationsinvolvedinstorage,inspection, identificationandreceiptofproperty.Responsibleforfacilitysafetyandsecurity.Conductsinventories.Operates automatedequipment,specialpurposegovernmentvehicles,andmaterialhandlingequipment.Mustbefamiliar withthematerialmanagementcareerfieldespeciallywithEquipmentManagement,MobilityReadinessSpares Packages,DemandProcessingandIndividualEquipment.Membermustbefamiliarwithprocessingtransactionsin EnterpriseSupplySolution(ESS)andAirForceEquipmentManagement. Appointment:ThepublicationofAGRordersbyHROwillbetheofficialappointmentintotheFloridaAirAGR program.Nocommitmentwillbemadebythecommandtoanyapplicantpriortothereviewofqualificationsbythe HROandTAGapprovedappointmentthroughtheOfficerActionBoard(ifapplicable).

MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONREQUIREMENTS

1.IndividualsmustmeetPhysicalFitnessStandards.AirapplicantsmustprovideaprintedcopyoftheelectronicAir ForceFitnessAssessmentResultsdatedwithinthepast12monthsofapplicationclosedate,referenceAFI10248. 2.AirNationalGuardmembersmustmeetthephysicalqualificationsoutlinedinAFI48123.Medicalexamsmustbe conductednotmorethan36monthspriortoentryonAGRduty.HIVtestmustbewithinsix(6)monthspriortothe tourstartdate. 3.MustmeetanySpecialRequirementsasspecifiedonPositionDescription. 4.FailuretoobtainandmaintainaSECRETsecurityclearancewillresultinremovalfromtheAGRprogram. 5.AirNationalGuard,AirForceReserveortheUnitedStatesAirForcememberswhohavenotachievedapassing FitnessProgramscoreareineligibleforentryintotheAGRProgram. 6.Selectedindividualmustextend/reenlistforaperiodequaltoorgreaterthaninitialtourenddate. 7.AllnewhireapplicantsmustbeAFSCqualified.FloridaAirNationalGuardenlistedmemberscurrentlyservingin anAGRstatusmaybeselectedforavacantpositionwithoutanawarded3levelintheadvertised/compatibleduty AFSC. 8.YoumustbeinamilitarystatustoapplyforanAGRposition. 9.OnboardAGR/FloridaAirNationalGuard(Enlistedonly)notpossessingtheADVERTISEDAFSCmustagree inwritingtoretrainandsuccessfullyupgradetothe3levelwithin12monthsofassignmenttotheAGRpositionor bereassignedtoapositionforwhichqualifiedorberemovedfromtheAGRprogram. 10.Enlistedapplicantsmilitarygradecannotexceedthemaximummilitarygradeauthorized.Overgradeenlisted applicantmustindicate,inwriting,thewillingnesstobeadministrativelyreducedingradewhenassignedtothe position.OfficersmaynotenterintotheAGRprograminanovergradestatus.
