The organization is departmentalized on the basis of its functionality. Different fuctions are catered in different departments.

Warid divide their employees on the basis of different departments:

Human Resource Department: In human resource department Warid telecom select their employees and give them promotion and demotion and also recruit new employees. It has three main divisions:
1. Recruitment division 2. Training and development division 3. Compensation and benefits divisions Firstly, recruitment process takes place in which interviews and candidate assessments are taken. Training programs for employees are held accompanied by Career development programs. HR department also manages the operations related to existing Official Cell Phones. It also overlooks the overall operations and manages the provident Fund. It also handles the Medical, EOBI, Life insurance data and premium payments. It consists of all data related to the verification of Fuel cards and entitlement based fuel limits in coordination with Admin.

Product Management Offices (PMO):This department manages products and offices of Warid Telecom.

Product and Services Department:Product and service department selects the product and service strategy of Warid Telecom. It consists of two divisions: 1. Voice related products and services divisions 2. Data related products and services divisions

Research and Development Department:Research and Development Department research on the existing services of Warid Telecom and also they research and develop new services in the market.

Logistic Distribution Department: -

Logistics is considered to be the complete process involving planning, managing and controlling the flow of goods and services, information, real-time data and human resources from the point of origin to the point of destination. There is hardly any manufacturing or marketing activity that can be achieved without the support of an effective logistical department. This department consists of five sections that are responsible for getting the right product to the right customers in the right place at the right time. Warid considers effective logistics as a key to winning and keeping customers. 1. Cost management section 2. Warehouse section 3. Inventor management section 4. Order processing section 5. Transportation section

Sales and Marketing Department: In Sales and Marketing Department they select how product and services are distribute through the market.

Finance Department:Finance Department makes the plan of what kind of people invest here, why they invest and what is the spending pattern of their investment and accordingly those kind of policies are set by the finance department. Finance department of Warid Telecom is accountable for all the issues related to the financial transactions. This department deals with issues related to two divisions: 1. Financial Accounting Division:It consists of five sections. First, operations sections which include the financial issues related to franchises operations. Second, fixed asset section which looks after the fixed assets of the company because they are very important for every organization and tells the worth of the company. Third, account payable section that looks after the liabilities to be paid because it is very important for the better credit rating of the company. Fourth, general ledger section which is responsible for developing T-accounts which specify the details of each account separately. Fifth, treasure control section which looks after the finances and controls the budgets. 2. Managerial Accounting Division:This division deals with the accounts management and coordinates with the financial accounting division. Customer Care Department:Customer Care Department maintains the relations with customer. They actually try to satisfy the customers by providing many effective facilities to them. Engineering Department:Engineering Department makes the technical and engineering services effective within the organization.

Administration Department:This is a centralized department responsible for various administration and general supervision tasks which include: 1. Local Government Relations 2. Office Maintenance and Management 3. Office Building Locations 4. Transportation Office

Government Relation Department:This department is responsible for maintaining an effective liaison of Warids corporate policy objectives and activities with the Government Agencies, Telecom Operators and Regulator Bodies, Electronic and Print Media.
