To gain a better understanding of Financial Techniques used in business that one can employ in his/her business one day. (18 students) To make the course relevant to my current job. (14 students) To learn how to analyze and understand Financial Statements in order to asses the status of a company. (12 students) To learn how to manage finances efficiently. (6 students) To develop Financial Management Skills. (6 students)

SUGGESTIONS
Application of lessons to real world scenario. Interactive approach to learning by allowing students to participate in class discussions. Sharing actual work experiences. Conduct a post test to assess level of knowledge of students at the end of the semester. Topics for discussion should be announced in advance. Give consideration to students without accounting background. Provide handouts before start class.

3.3 Conduct
Students can use their personal computers provided that they are used for taking down notes only. Mobile phones should be turned off or switched to silent mode. Students are not allowed to text or call during class. Emergency calls may be done outside the class room. Students are expected to study the materials provided ahead of the class proper.

Sharing of opinions is encouraged during class and everyone is expected to respect the opinions of others. Students can only eat and drink during designated break periods.
