This is a response to your June 23, 2011, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.
In that request you sought "copies of all FOIA logs or other compilations of FOIA requests
made to the Fish and Wildlife Service from January 2010 to the present, including but not
limited to the identity of the requester, and the date and subject of the request." Enclosed is
the information found as a result of the search for your request.
In accordance with the Department's FOIA regulations (43 CFR 2), and in accordance with
your agreement not to seek any Privacy Act or privacy-related information, there are no
withholdings and no fees associated with the processing of your request. Any information
removed is the agreed upon privacy-related information found within the subject of some
FOIA requests, effectively constituting a full disclosure. This completes the Fish and
Wildlife Service response to your request.
