the cornerstone liberty and freedomand is essentialto the conceptof life, liberty and the of pursuit of happiness:

WHEREAS, the private ownershipof property is an essentialelementof free, independent and

sovereignsociety;

WHEREAS, the private ownershipof propertyis essentialto free marketsand commerce; WHEREAS, the private ownershipof property guarantees individual liberty andfreedom; WHEREAS, the private ownershipof propertyincludes,but is not limited to, land, real,
tangible,intangible,personalandcorporatepossessions intellectual properties; and

WHEREAS, the right to private ownershipof propertyis being destroyed,often without

forewarning or compensation, statutes, by regulations,executiveordersandjudicial fiat, et al.; now

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that {WSERT STATE) is opposedto any

governmentalattemptat whateverlevel and by whatevermeansto confiscate,reducethe value of, or restrict the usesof private propertyunlessto abatea public nuisanceaffecting the public health and safety;and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that (INSERT STATE} supportsthe Constitution of the

United Statesandsafeguards containedtherein,asvital to the sovereigntyof theseUnited States and to individual liberty andfreedom; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolutionbe transmittedto the President

of the United States,the Speakerof the House,the PresidentPro Temporeof the Senateandto everymemberof this state=sCongressional Delegation.
