The meeting was called to order at 4:00 in the afternoon through an opening prayer by Mary Ann Jala, NATCH Governor. II. Agenda A. Endorsement 1. The Governor endorsed what had been discussed during the SSC meeting the changing of mechanic; the point deduction will be depend on the point system of a certain activity; and that the implementation of the latter shall start this September; lastly, the mechanics for the Lasallian Got Talent & Lasallian Icon was changed with the votes being 30% instead of 50% and with the votes of about 10% or 15% respectively. B. Clearance Signing 1. There shall be no clearance signing on Monday because of the failure to post ahead of time. 2. Clearance exemptions are the members of CRCY 3. The sanctions is with Ms. Sharon Mae Bubulis & the College deans approval. 4. A white & orange triangle flaglet for each student is required for the semi-final clearance. C. Sportsweek 1. A food committee shall be established to help the treasurer in distributing the snacks. 2. The chosen members of the committee shall be exempted with the sign in & sign out signings. 3. Baskets shall be provided and which would serve as carriers of foods and drinks. 4. The number of baskets will depend on the number of sports per day. 5. One(1) basket will contain foods and drinks for one(1) specific sport or group of sport. D. Lasallian Got Talent & Lasallian Icon Votes 1. 20-peso chits per student shall be required for final clearance, the said chits will be dropped by the student into the two drop boxes of the CON Icon representatives placed inside the NATCH office during the final clearance signing. 2. The chits must be submitted within a deadline since theyre attached to the semi-final permit.

E. Amusement Booths 1. The prospects for the amusement booths are the following: Massage by the 4th yrs Blood Pressure taking by the 3rd yrs Paintsquirt Belly dancing Shooting with a stuff toy for a prize Horror booth Face painting F. Other matters 1. Queenie Joy Ocampos volunteered to help with the props for the cheer dance. 2. The present officers have decided that the participative students (e.g., students who participated in 5 activities already) shall be given benefits of exempting them to specific attendances. 3. Finals shall be the implementation of the latter 4. The officers have agreed that they should also be acknowledged 5. The benefits are not yet fixed and shall be elaborated next meeting III. Adjournment After important matters were discussed and settled, the meeting was ended at 7:15 in the evening by Mary Ann Jala, followed by a closing prayer by Mary Jowebbe Pamine, NATCH PIO.
