Request to Inspect and to Copy
Decision
The purpose of the request to inspect and to copy records in the court file, referenced above, is unclear. Regardless, since the requester wishes to inspect and to copy Decisions in the court file, which were issued on April 6, 2011 and July 5, 2011, all these records were published online by the Court; the same applies to the Guidelines (2011) by the Chief Justice of the Court (under the tab General Information Supreme Court Guidelines of the Chief Justice). Under the circumstances, it appears that there is no need for inspection of the records, unless the Requester clarifies his request within 7 days from the date of delivery of instant Decision. As for the request to inspect Certificates of Delivery signed by the Clerk of the Supreme Court there are no such records, since Clerks of the Supreme Court do not sign the Certificates.

Guy Shani Clerk of the Supreme Court For hand delivery in the Intake Department
RE: My July 7, 2011 Request to access court records.
To the Honorable Clerk Guy Shani,
On July 7, this year, I filed with the Supreme Court a request to access court records, attached.
I would like to clarify again: Regarding the two court files referenced in the request, there is no desire to inspect any records in the court files as a whole, only the named decisions and the corresponding Certificates of Delivery. The Guidelines (2010), are obviously not court file records.
Therefore, I would be grateful if your office would update me regarding the status of the request.
Gratefully,
