in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the time of death. 2. That we, Roger H. Schleef and Daniel J. Schleef, are the sole and only successors of

Mary Katherine Schleef. 3. Each claiming successor is entitled to payment or delivery of the property owned by

Mary Katherine Schleef at the time of her death in equal shares. 4. At the time of death, the Decedent owned the following property: Life Insurance Policy under the Federal Employees Group Life Insurance; claim no. 2010 04 03087 5. The fair market value of property located in the State of Oklahoma and subject to

disposition by will or intestate succession at the time of decedents death, less liens and encumbrances, is less than $20,000.00. 6. The Parents of Mary Katherine Schleef were Alfred Herman Schleef, deceased, who

died December 15, 1955 and Meta Florence Schleef, deceased, who died December 6, 2006. 7. No application or petition for the appointment of a personal representative is pending

or has been granted in any jurisdiction. 8. The name, address and respective share of the persons entitled to receive the property
