Description: The basic idea behind this project is to change the layout design for one of the units at Brakes India Limited thereby reducing the production time and cost, Avoiding wastage of resources like man power and material and efficient usage of space available in the plant. Software: Smart draw, Facility Layout. Responsibilities: y Did a Survey with employees to find the ergonomics factors to change the Layout.
