ON 020311 AT ABOUT 7:45 PM, SUSPS ENTERED COMP'S LOC AND TOOK PROPERTY AND LEFT WITHOUT ATTEMPTING TO PAY FOR IT, WITHOUT CONSENT. RP STATED THAT SUSP 1 ENTERED BEFORE SUS 2 AND THEY PRETENDED TO BE UNRELATED. SUSP 1 WALKED AROUND THE LOC THEN WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR, SETTING OFF AN ALARM. WHEN WIT TOLD SUSP 1 SHE HAD TO PAY FOR THE PROPERTY, SHE BOLTED OUT THE DOOR IN AN UNKNOWN DIRECTION. SUSP 2, WHO PRETENDED TO BE TALKING ON A CELL PHONE, RAN OUT WITH HER. SUSP 1 LEFT THE PACKAGING IN THE STORE, WHICH RP THEN HANDLED. RP AND WIT STATED THAT THEY HAVE FILM OF THE OFFENSE ON CCTV, BUT THE FILM WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL DAYTIME BUSINESS HOURS. PES WAS NOT NOTIFIED, AS THERE WAS NO OTHER RECOVERABLE EVIDENCE. END OF ELEMENTS.NFI
