CAUSE AND EFFECT All living beings are having PRESENT-FIVE-KHANDHAS according to the results of their own craving

and Karma they have done in the past.

FIVE GROUPS OF KAHANDHAS There are five different groups form as a person or human being as taught by Lord Buddha. They are namely. Rupa-karya, physical body which is changing group, Narma-karya, mental bodies which are feeling group, perception group, mental formation group and consciousness groups.

Rupakkhandha Rupa-karya, means changing group. Rupa-karya, physical body is forms of very fine minute particles. Although they are formed together as a unit in ordinary persons view as numbers of fine particles involved are enormous, in actual, they are locating apart similar to family staying apart. Each and every particle contains four basic substances with the other as additional. Signs of them are continuously changing due to interactions between them. One has to arise and vanishes. And then only, replaced by another. Their life-span is so short. And not even last for a Nano-second in time. There are continuously-changing from one to another, from state to state, from stage to stage, from amplitude to amplitude. The changing is in sinusoidal-wave form. Thus, changing process is on and on. So, be realized the sign of changing group is changing. All beings are suffering caused by this changing from time to time, from moment to moment till liberated from the realm of living-beings. (Changing occurs on its own)

Changes of Rupa causes Narma to be felt. Rupa causes Narma. (Feeling occurs on its own)

Sannyakkhanda Perception group giving the mere-perception as a name or information to identify. Because of this wrongful-misleading-mere-perceptions, feeling unable to stop at feeling stage for the case of ordinary people. (In realityPerceptions are not exist.)

Sanhkarakkhandha Mental formation group attached to the results of (arising changes and feeling) according to wrongful- misleading-perception. Perception examples are, I am aching, my leg is paining, pleasant, unpleasant, bearable, unbearable and so on. And mental formation group crave and clinging to them. Then, mental formation group start organizing and managing the maintenance activities on (arising changes and feelings) as self-appointed authority. Then, Narma caused Rupa for extra suffering to involve in all sorts of maintenances such as to happen, to happen repeatedly, not to happen, not to happen repeatedly, to replace with other , to increase, to reduce, to remove, to create and so on as a result. Narma causes Rupa. Thus adding Maintenance- Dukkha as additional and start the realm of suffering to revolve.

Vinnanakkhandha Consciousness group conscious all information of above and taking as real and truly happening for the case of ordinary laymen. That is wrongfully-knowing caused by wrongful-misleading-mere-perceptions.

To be freed from realm of suffering, especially from Maintenance-Dukkha.

To be known forms of particles as particles. To be known the whole universe as particles locating apart. To be known changing group as changing. To be known feeling group as feeling. To be known perception group as perception. To be known mental formation group as mental formation. To be known consciousness group as consciousness.

Not to be known changing group as I, myself, ego or person. Not to be known changing group as my leg, my hand, my head and so on. Not to be known changing group as Cancer disease, T.B. disease and so on. Not to be known arising feeling as pain, ache, numb, cramp and so on. Not to be known arising feeling as itchy, dizzy, shaking and so on. Not to be known arising feeling as hot, cold, icy-cold and so on. Not to be known arising feeling as congestion, sweating and so on.

Feeling to be stopped at feeling stage and not passed on to craving and clinging. Although feeling process keeping on and on and attaching to the adverting particular changes, once that changes ends, feeling to it also end. Only to be known Narma-karya feeling the changes of Rupa-karya. Only to be known feeling the changes. Contemplate feeling the changes whenever its arises. Contemplate feeling the changes wherever its arises. Contemplate feeling the changes whatever its arises. Contemplate feeling the changes however its arises. Just mindful of feeling the changes till its end. Feeling occurs on its own. Feeling occurs on its own.feeling occurs on its own.

Feeling and end. Feeling and end. Feeling and end. Mindful of this process till its end.

To be seen the truth, to be seen the nature of five khandhas, as taught by Lord Buddha, meditating person needs to build enough mental-concentration up. Mindfully breathing increases Samadhi and support to see natural phenomenon through minds eye. Correctly contemplating will enable one to stop and reduce the effect of all the wrong views even at the early stages. Eventually, that rightfully understanding will eliminate the wrong view of egoism permanently.

Wrong views and right views There are no such things as I, myself, ego or person in reality. Only minute particles exist. There are no such things as Cancer, T.B., Hepatitis-A/B/C or AIDS in reality. Only changes of four substances exist. There are no perceptions exist in reality. Only feelings to changes exist. Be realized particles as particles. Lets changes happen on their own. Lets feelings happen on their own. Let s Nama and Rupa happen on their own. Lets build up Samadhi by mindfully breathing and observe the nature of Nama and Rupa with forbearance. Be resolute even to face death to cleanse wrong views.
