The education is one of the foundations of the human development, and the reason we are very interested in the educational services provided in this towns, and we work with the teachers and administrative employees to improve the infrastructure and learning standards. We are supporting the local Women Associations along the route to provide these products for tourism activities and improve a marketing platform for the commercialization to third parties.

The concept behind this Project keeps the traditions of the local people preserving antique techniques with special treatment of the fibers and natural dyes. This association of craftswomen is generating a source of resources for its families. We supported a women association in Lucmabamaba to install an small factory to produce goods for schools. All the members help to support their families. These orchards are places of production of vegetables and all are organic products ALONG THE ROUTE OF Salkantay to supply our Lodges. Create creams, soaps and many other products derived from the medicinal plants found around the Salkantay Route. Two Transformation and Processing plants will be built for the production of these products. Well provide them school materials, clothes, additional food . Sponsoring programs that create links between the children and people in other countries, with the aim of financing the childrens education, health and clothing needs. We provide the poorest inhabitants with clothes with the support of the Church. Recycle, Reuse and Reduce all waste residues that are produced around the whole Salkantay Route. In order to do this, 25 waste classification bins WILL BE placed along the route, where the residues will be gathered and then brought back to the city of Cusco where they will be processed. Native species of every ecological biozone have been catalogued and categorized in order to repopulate the surroundings via the construction of forest nurseries. The Orchids of the Salkantay project is intended to build an orchid nursery where you can find the largest collection of orchids in the Machu Picchu Sanctuary. It will also have a laboratory constructed so that in vitro orchid production can be done. Create marked paths in order to let the tourist view different species of flora and fauna and get to know their surroundings. This three project has mainly been created to preserve and attract back to its natural habitat this bear, condor and Andean cats species. There are only few of these spices in Peru and it is considered an endangered species and protected by Peruvian law. We are working this program with the Frankfurt Zoological Society
