Public awareness of the MIND CONTROL Technologies and experiments on humans and its impact on individuals and society in EUROPE, Sweden. Only within a small sphere of military / medical classified research and industrial projects are factual knowledge available. Even less is known and discussed issues concerning the electromagnetic system controlled by artificial intelligence in interaction with the human brain. Brain-Computer Interaction and Artificial Intelligence technologies for research and / or implementation of which represent entirely new aspects of the problem in the issue of radiation protection, health, safety, privacy, confidentiality and informed consent. Brain-Computer Interaction in electronic form, working alternately with the influence of a person or a group of peoples opinions, feelings, thoughts, reaction patterns, and memory and behavior. Research and technological development is done in / moved to countries where legislation, control and public security is minimal or nonexistent.

Not yet published research materials in interdisciplinary brain research and development of computer-brain interface must therefore be attributed to an unknown number of defenseless experimental subjects, many with families whose lives are destroyed in a wild orgy of computer abuse. Legislation applicable confidentiality and privacy is totally absent in this area. This happens in Sweden now! A number of people living in Stockholm, SWEDEN, EUROPE have brains been hijacked the last three years. A computer-assisted online connection has been made on objects brains. Nano-implants have been injected without the consent of the subjects, when visiting the Hospital. After injection, the objects linked to the research computers. Software for the development of synthetic telepathy has been going around the clock starting after hospital visits.

Artificial Hippocampus, the Borg Hive Mind, and Other Neurological Endeavors
by Gregor Wolbring November 15 , 2006

Many of us know about Borg Hive Mind from TV programs where the characters are linked through brain-to-brain or computer-to-brain interactions. However, this is more than a science fiction fantasy. The idea

was contemplated seriously in the 2002 National Science Foundation report, Converging Technologies for Improving Human Performance: Nanotechnology, Biotechnology, Information Technology and Cognitive Science. Techlepathy is the word coined, referring to the communication of information directly from one mind to another (i.e. telepathy) with the assistance of technology. Many research activities focus on neuro-engineering and the cognitive sciences. Many neuroscientists and bioengineers now work on:

cognitive computing digitally mapping the human brain (see here and here); the mouse brain map has just been published developing microcircuits that can repair brain damage, and other numerous projects related to changing the cognitive abilities and functioning of humans, and artificial intelligence.

Journals exist for all of these activities including the Human Brain Mappingjournal. Some envision a Human Cognome Project. James Albus, a senior fellow and founder of the Intelligent Systems Division of the National Institute of Standards and Technology believes the era of engineering the mind is here. He has proposed a national program for developing a scientific theory of the mind. Neuromorphic engineering, Wikipedia says, is a new interdisciplinary discipline that takes inspiration from biology, physics, mathematics, computer science and engineering to design artificial neural systems, such as vision systems, head-eye systems, auditory processors, and autonomous robots, whose physical architecture and design principles are based on those of biological nervous systems. There are many examples. Researchers from Harvard University have linked nanowire field-effect transistors to neurons. Three applications are envisioned: hybrid biological/electronic devices, interfaces to neural prosthetics, and the capture of high-resolution information about electrical signals in the brain. Research is advancing in four areas: neuronal networks, interfaces between the brain and external neural prosthetics, real-time cellular assays, and hybrid circuits that couple digital nanoelectronic and biological computing components. Numenta, a company formed in 2005, states on its webpage that it is developing a new type of computer memory system modelled after the human neocortex.

Kwabena Boahen, an associate professor of bioengineering at Stanford University, has developed Neurogrid, a specialized hardware platform that will enable the cortexs inner workings to be simulated in detail something outside the reach of even the fastest supercomputers. He is also working on a silicon retina and a silicon chip that emulates the way the juvenile brain wires itself up. Researchers at the University of Washington are working on an implantable electronic chip that may help to establish new nerve connections in the part of the brain that controls movement. The Blue Brain project a collaboration of IBM and the Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne, in Lausanne, Switzerland will create a detailed model of the circuitry in the neocortex. A DNA switch nanoactuator has been developed by Dr. Keith Firman at the University of Portsmouth and other European researchers, which can interface living organisms with computers. Kevin Warwick had an RFID transmitter (a future column will deal with RFID chips) implanted beneath his skin in 1998, which allowed him to control doors, lights, heaters, and other computer-controlled devices in his proximity. In anotherexperiment, he and his wife Irena each had electrodes surgically implanted in their arms. The electrodes were linked by radio signals to a computer which created a direct link between their nervous systems. Kevins wife felt when he moved his arm. In his book I, Cyborg, Kevin Warwick imagines that 50 years from now most human brains will be linked electronically through a global computer network. St. Josephs Hospital in the United States has implanted neurostimulators (deep brain stimulators) using nanowires to connect a stimulating device to brain. A pacemaker-like device is implanted in the chest, and flexible wires are implanted in the brain. Electrical impulses sent from the pacemaker to the brain are used to treat Parkinsons, migraine headaches and chronic pain, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, improve the mobility of stroke victims, and curb cravings in drug addicts. In 2003/2004 a variety of publications (see links below) reported on the efforts of professor Theodore W. Berger, director of the Center for Neural Engineering at the University of Southern California, and his colleagues, to develop the worlds firstbrain prosthesis an artificial hippocampus which is supposed to act as a memory bank. These publications highlighted in particular the use of such implants for Alzheimers patients.

The research program is proceeding in four stages: (1) tests on slices of rat brains kept alive in cerebrospinal fluid reported as successful in 2004; (2) tests on live rats which are to take place within three years; (3) tests on live monkeys; and (4) tests on humans very likely on Alzheimers patients first. The Choice is Yours !

If these advancements come to pass, they will create many ethical, legal, privacy and social issues. For the artificial hippocampus we should ask: would brain implants force some people to remember things they would rather forget? Could someone manipulate our memory? What would be the consequence of uploading information (see my education column)? Will we still have control over what we remember? Could we be forced to remember something over and over? If we can communicate with each other through a computer what will be the consequence of a Global Brain? It is important that people become more involved in the governance of neuro-engineering and cognitive science projects. We should not neglect these areas because we perceive them to be science fiction. We also need to look beyond the outlined medical applications. If the artificial hippocampus works, it will likely be used for more than dealing with diseases. I will cover brain-machine interfaces, neuro-pharmaceutical-based cognitive enhancement, and neuroethics and the ethics of artificial intelligence in future columns.

The End of Death: Soul Catcher Computer Chip DueSource: The Electronic Telegraph (England)

By Robert Uhlig : (From CNI News) A computer chip implanted behind the eye that could record a persons every lifetime thought and sensation is to be developed by British scientists. This is the end of death, said Dr. Chris Winter, of British Telecoms artificial life team. He predicted that within three decades it would be possible to relive other peoples lives by playing back their experiences on a computer. By combining this information with a record of the persons genes, we could recreate a person physically, emotionally and spiritually. Dr. Winters team of eight scientists at BTs Martlesham Heath Laboratories near Ipswich calls the chip the Soul Catcher. It would be possible to imbue a new-born baby with a lifetimes experiences by giving him or her the Soul Catcher chip of a dead person, Dr. Winter said. The proposal to digitize existence is based on a solid calculation of how much data the brain copes with over a lifetime. Ian Pearson , BTs official futurologist, has measured the flow of impulses from the optical nerve and nerves in the skin, tongue, ear, and nose. Over an eighty year life, we process 10 terrabytes of data, equivalent to the storage capacity of 7,142,857,142,860,000 floppy disks. -Microcircuits The Interface between Neurons and Global Brain FunctionDr. Pearson said, If current trends in the miniaturization of computer memory continues at the rate of the past 20 years a factor of 100 every decade todays 8-megabyte memory chip norm will be able to store 10 terrabytes in 15 years. British Telecom would not divulge how much money it is investing in the project, but Dr. Winter said it was taking Soul Catcher 2025 very seriously. He admitted that there were profound ethical considerations, but emphasized that BT was embarking on this line of research to enable it to remain at the forefront of communications technology.

An implanted chip would be like an aircrafts black box and would enhance communications beyond current concepts, he said. For example, police would be able to use it to relive an attack, rape, or murder from the victims viewpoint to help catch the criminal. Other applications would be less useful but more frightening. I could even play back the smells, sounds, and sights of my holiday to my friends, Dr. Winter said.

In a single hop scenario, information is captured by satellite and relayed directly to a ground station. Thus, four transmissions are required for a round trip.

In a centralized relay scenario, information is captured by satellite and forwarded to a second satellite in range of a ground station. Six transmissions are required at minimum .

The last article in this series caused quite a stir around the Internet. From the legitimate crazies to the classic muddy-the-water tactics employed by various defense departments, the article has drawn attention right across the globe. For those that have been living under a rock, the last article in this series demonstrated that action potentials (firing neurons) produce detectable radio signals in the SLF/ELF bands (1-1000Hz). These radio signals can be used to reveal the thoughts, feelings, vision, spacial reasoning and unconscious activity of the brain. It is simply a matter of correlating the patterns received with those produced by the various neural networks to decode the activity. I am deliberately avoiding the term demodulate as no information is modulated onto the radio waves. One question that keeps popping up is the mechanics of the capture and analysis of these radio signals. How do we go from an SLF/ELF radio wave, with limited bandwidth, to usable information or input that an A.I. can process? Lets find out. Obeying The Speed Limit The first major issue we encounter is at what altitude can we place our orbiting satellites? This is a relatively easy thing to approximate. The speed of light, in a vacuum, is constant. It travels at 299,792,458 m/s or nearly 300,000 Km/s and somewhat slower depending on the medium it transverses. Whilst at a glance it would seem that you can place the satellites anywhere you like, there is a practical limit given the need for two-way communication with the human brain. Whilst it may seem to us that we experience the world as it is happening there is, in fact, a small delay. This can be anywhere from 100-200ms. To be of any use, an A.I. needs to be able to analyze information almost as fast as a human can perceive it. That is, for the A.I. to appear to be in your head, like a form of Schizophrenia, it must leverage the window provided by the 100200ms delay. Thus, a round trip, including processing, must be under 200ms for the illusion to be

maintained, a maximum of 100ms in either direction. As such, defined limits are imposed upon any solution. If we examine our first diagram, we can observe a direct relay solution. That is, information captured by the satellite is relayed to a ground station directly. In this scenario, we have four transmissions to complete a round trip to the target. Thus, without considering processing, we know that each transmission can be at maximum 50ms. This gives us a maximum altitude of 14,989.62Km for our satellites which is well below GPS satellites at 20,200Km. If we now take into consideration processing time, hops between dedicated hardware, lag and atmospheric issues, we could safely approximate 50-80ms. This now reduces our maximum altitude to around 10,000Km. We cannot always guarantee that our satellite will be in direct line of sight contact with a ground station. In this scenario, we need to relay our information to a satellite that is within transmitting range. This scenario is demonstrated in the second diagram to the right. As a result, our altitude could drop to around 6,000Km or less. Our constellation is not hindered by line-of-sight requirements of Microwaves as SLF/ELF waves can pass through relatively deep rock and water without a corresponding drop off in signal strength. Thus, a significant drop in altitude would not effect the coverage to any great extent and 30-60 satellites could provide global coverage. Such a system need only generate around 0.00000002079 Watts, at ground level on the right frequency, to trigger the firing of a neuron. Thus, the SLF/ELF transmitters do not need to be of classical large sizes allowing for dense, power efficient, transmitter arrays in a form factor suitable for satellite deployment. Just keep in mind that an antennas function is to increase the amplitude of a wave through electrical resonance. With such small amplitudes, the classical submarine transmitters of 50Km or more are not required. In this form factor, a very rough estimate of a few thousand small antennas, per satellite, is feasible. So, we have a good approximation of the infrastructure required and the limits that physics imposes. What we need to analyze now is the processing of that information. Input, Input, Input If we examine the third diagram, we can obtain a basic idea of the snapshot each satellite captures. In a given time frame, a range of frequencies is detected. To isolate a particular person, we use a form of trilateration similar to how GPS functions (see forth diagram). In this case, the Digital Signal Processing equipment on the ground replaces the function of the GPS receiver. Given the nature of SLF/ELF waves, atomic timing and detailed information on satellite drift and atmospheric conditions, millimeter or greater resolution can be achieved. The margin of error in

GPS is related to both the lack of a wide range of information and processing power at the GPS receiver. Once we have determined our desired location, we can collate the frequencies emanating from that particular location and disregard the rest of the information. This provides us with a reduced FFT diagram which represents the electrical activity of a particular individual. We can observe this collated diagram in the fifth image to the right. From here, it is matter of correlating peaks and patterns against known neural activity. This acts as our translator or lexicon to decode the electrical activity into meaningful information. This is shown in the sixth diagram to the right. Performed in near real-time, every activity, thought, feeling, sight or sound can be captured and recorded. So, we have shown how signal analysis can be used to infer the activity, both physical and mental, of a targeted individual. It also shows that there is not a giant leap in returning such signals to the brain and effectively hijacking it. Once the frequencies the targets brain emanates have been isolated, an entire stage of processing (trilateration) can be skipped, unless real-time tracking is required. Of course, certain architecture choices can provide additional features applicable to intelligence gathering. The first is the storage and analysis of historical information. This allows the A.I. to refer to elements in your past, even though it was not specifically examining you at the time. This can be used to increase the Schizophrenic illusion by inferring that the voice, or personality, was always there. Further to this, an individual not aware of the presence of this system, could have their opinions and feelings manipulated. This is especially useful when a certain political outcome is desired, such as peace negotiations or trade decisions. A second design choice and arguably the most useful, is a modification on keyword analysis. Key Thought Analysis reviews all data in a particular grid search (for example a province in Afghanistan) to reveal individuals thinking of specific activity. Once located, the spacial resolution can be widened to reveal individuals in their presence and whether this was a group planning an attack. Finally, we could have two or more layers of satellites, one used for real-time interaction with an A.I. and a second set simply gathering information. The latter could be at any altitude.

An anti-trauma network of implants, intended to maximise the chances of survival when the body is damaged. Small shunts can cut of blood loss and release protecting chemicals, as well as act as a pacemaker for the heart and lungs. If everything else is lost, the implant can douse the brain in neuroprotectants and lower body temperature to slow down damage so that an emergency cryonic suspension can be done.
Medical monitors

Likely the most common implants on Nova. Small sensors implanted in the body provides information on the health state which can be used to detect and diagnose illnesses at an early stage. Simple systems just give some chemical information, body data and a rough picture of activity in different organ systems. More advanced monitors are finely spread, detecting minute local changes and comparing the bodys reactions against medical models. Immortality only 20 years away says scientist

Scientist Ray Kurzweil claims humans could become immortal in as little as 20 years time through nanotechnology and an increased understanding of how the body works.
Read more,,, http://www.telegraph.co.uk/science/science-news/6217676/Immortality-only20-years-away-says-scientist.html HAVE you ever thought about something you never shared with anyone, and have been horror-struck at the mere thought of someone coming to know about your little secret? If you have, then you probably have all the more reason to be paranoid now thanks to new and improved security systems being developed around the world to deal with terrorism that inadvertently end up impinging on ones privacy. Some of the countries involved in such programmes include USA, UK, Spain, Germany and France. Recently, the National Security Agency (NSA) of the US has developed a very efficient method of controlling the human brain. This technology is called Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) and is expected to revolutionise crime detection and investigation. What is it? RNM works remotely to control the brain in order to read and detect any criminal thought taking place inside the mind of a possible perpetrator. Research studies have shown that the human brain thinks at a rate of about 5000 bits per second and does not have the capacity to compete with supercomputers performing via satellites, implants and biotelemetry.

The human brain has a distinctive set of bioelectric resonance system. For the RNM system, supercomputers are being used and, thus, with its help, supercomputers can send messages through an implanted persons nervous system in order to influence their performance in a desired way.

RNM has been developed after about 50 years of neuro-electromagnetic involuntary human experimentations. According to many scientists, within a few years it is expected that DNA microchips will be implanted in the human brain which would make it inherently controllable. With RNM, it will be possible to read and control a persons emotional thought processes along with the subconscious and dreams. At present, around the world, supercomputers are monitoring millions of people simultaneously with the speed of 20 billion bits per second especially in countries like USA, Japan, Israel and many European countries. RNM has a set of certain programs functioning at different levels, like the signals intelligence system which uses electromagnetic frequencies (EMF), to stimulate the brain for RNM and the electronic brain link (EBL). The EMF Brain Stimulation system has been designed as radiation intelligence which means receiving information from inadvertently originated electromagnetic waves in the environment. However, it is not related to radioactivity or nuclear detonation. The recording machines in the signals intelligence system have electronic equipment that investigate electrical activity in humans from a distance. This computergenerated brain mapping can constantly monitor all electrical activities in the brain. The recording aid system decodes individual brain maps for security purposes. What does it do?? For purposes of electronic evaluation, electrical activity in the speech centre of the brain can be translated in to the subjects verbal thoughts. RNM can send encoded signals to the auditory cortex of the brain directly bypassing the ear. This encoding helps in detecting audio communication. It can also perform electrical mapping of the brains activity from the visual centre of the brain, which it does by bypassing the eyes and optic

nerves, thus projecting images from the subjects brain onto a video monitor. With this visual and audio memory, both can be visualised and analysed. This system can, remotely and noninvasively, detect information by digitally decoding the evoked potentials in 30-50Hz, 5 millwatt electromagnetic emissions from the brain. The nerves produce a shifting electrical pattern with a shifting magnetic flux which then puts on a constant amount of electromagnetic waves. There are spikes and patterns which are called evoked potentials in the electromagnetic emission from the brain. The interesting part about this is that the entire exercise is carried out without any physical contact with the subject.

The EMF emissions from the brain can be decoded into current thoughts, images and sounds in the subjects brain. It sends complicated codes and electromagnetic pulse signals to activate evoked potentials inside the brain, thus generating sounds and visual images in the neural circuits. With its speech, auditory and visual communication systems, RNM allows for a complete audio-visual brain to brain link or a brain-to-computer link. Of course, the mechanism needs to decode the resonance frequency of each specific site to modulate the insertion of information in that specific location of the brain. RNM can also detect hearing via electromagnetic microwaves, and it also features the transmission of specific commands into the subconscious, producing visual disturbances, visual hallucinations and injection of words and numbers in to the brain through electromagnetic radiation waves. Also, it manipulates emotions and thoughts and reads thoughts remotely, causes pain to any nerve of the body, allows for remote manipulation of behaviour, controls sleep patterns through which control over communication is made easy. This can be used for crime investigation and security management. Concers ,,,With all the given benefits of RNM for tracking the illicit and treacherous activities, there are many concerns and risks being pointed out by human rights activists and other scientists. The agencies of human rights around the world have criticised RNM as a violation of basic human rights because it violates privacy and the dignity of thoughts and activities of life. Several countries have protested against it and refer to it as an attack on their human and civil rights. The scientists protesting against the use of RNM believe that people who have been implanted involuntarily become biological robots and guinea pigs for RNM activities in the guise of security. This is an important biological concern related to microchip implantation, which is a hidden technology using microwave radiations for the control of the mind.

Research & Progress of computer chips in the brain!

With computer chips in the brain: Who am I?

Of Susanna Radovic from F & F 2009.

I remain the same person ony a part of my brain is replaced by a computer chip?
If it were possible, would you have to implant a computer chip in the brain that helped you to remember better? Or to concentrate long periods at a time, or smoothing any mood swings? Today you can improve and modify the damaged cognitive and mental ability of medical means. But scientists are also on track to develop brain prosthesis, that is, artificial implants that can take over a damaged brain function. If Alzheimers disease has damaged the part of the brain that is responsible for storage of new memories, would simply be able to replace it with a prosthesis, a computer chip that works on the same principle as the brain itself and that can communicate with the brains nerve cells. Similar procedures could also replace other parts of the brain with artificial prostheses. The development of new methods in medical research raises many ethical problems. Such is the case also with brain implants. But chip in the brain raises other philosophical questions, those related to the ego nature, personal identity, consciousness and free will. When replacing a part of my brain with an implant will I become a different person? Or rather a robot? Will I be aware that I have a partial artificial brain, or I turn into a zombie? What happens to my free will can I control my prosthesis or denture, which will govern me? Research on brain prosthetics have been going on for decades. As early as 1964 placed Jose Delgado, neuroscientists at Yale University in U.S., Electrodes in the heads of both animals and humans with spectacular results. Before a stunned

audience got Delgado, by simply pressing a button, a bull to stop an attack and calmly turn back. In his hand he had a remote that was connected to the electrodes inside the head of the bull, and a signal to the bulls brain Delgado could get it to stop. Could the same technology could be used to control peoples behavior? Is it possible to get a man to do anything against her own will by stimulating the brain in this way? Delgado performed similar experiments on humans, and when asked teach one subject in the laboratory Delgado as saying: I suppose, Doctor, that your electricity is stronger than my will.

False and true signal

To have free will can be described simply as the man himself has to decide over their own actions. In this case it seems rather like governing a subjects or animals and human on the other hand, we think thats not the fact that we can not help but pull on the lower leg on someone beats us on lap is a sharp restriction of our free will.

Torture, American Style The Wave of the Future?

The Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment defines torture as any act by which severe pain or suffering, whether physical or mental, is intentionally inflicted on a person for such purposes as obtaining from him or a third person information or a confession, punishing him for an act he or a third person has committed or is suspected of having committed, or intimidating or coercing him or a third person, or for any reason based on discrimination of any kind, when such pain or suffering is inflicted by or at the instigation of or with the consent or acquiescence of a public official or other person acting in an official capacity. It does not include pain or suffering arising only from, inherent in or incidental to lawful sanctions. This definition makes no distinction between mental torture and physical torture, nor is it restricted to acts inflicted on persons in prison or held under conditions of physical custody or control. Nevertheless, advocates and authorities consistently make such distinctions. Amnesty International has assumed a dominant role among nongovernmental organizations, especially in its influence at the UN. Amnestys-oriented mandate, however, creates a blind spot, reducing or eliminating any possible focus on cruel, inhuman, degrading treatment inflicted on persons not physically confined or controlled. The Initial Report of the United States of America to the UN Committee Against Torture, submitted four years late, reflects the understandings imposed by the US Senate in its ratification of the Convention. These provide a very convenient loophole for certain forms of torture and state terrorism. The Clinton Administrations justification for these understandings is posted in Part II of the Report, from which I quote here. U.S. Understandings. In order to clarify the meaning of `torture and to delineate the scope of application of the Convention with the greater precision required under U.S. domestic law, the United States conditioned its ratification upon several understandings related to Article 1. Assessment of mental pain and suffering can be a very subjective undertaking. There was some concern within the U.S. criminal justice community that in this respect the Conventions definition regrettably fell short of the constitutionally required precision for defining criminal offenses. To provide the requisite clarity for purposes of domestic law, the United States therefore conditioned its ratification upon an understanding that, in order to constitute torture, an act must be specifically intended to inflict severe physical or mental pain or suffering and that mental pain or suffering refers to prolonged mental harm caused by or resulting from: (1) the intentional infliction or threatened infliction of severe physical pain or suffering;

(2) the administration or application, or threatened administration or application, of mindaltering substances or other procedures calculated to disrupt profoundly the senses or the personality; (3) the threat of imminent death; or (4) the threat that another person will imminently be subjected to death, severe physical pain or suffering, or the administration or application of mind-altering substances or other procedures calculated to disrupt profoundly the senses or the personality.

[JH Graf's comment: This excludes from the definition of mental torture the deliberate exploitation of the victim's anxieties or phobias. It also excludes such mental terrorism as the torture of animals and intense, frequent, malicious, organized interference with computers.] b. For similar reasons of clarity and specificity, United States adherence was conditioned on the understanding that the definition of `torture or physical control in order to clarify the relationship of the Convention to normal military and law enforcement operations. [JH Graf's comment: This excludes all torture inflicted on persons not in custody, such as that involving terrorism and the use of electromagnetic or bio-altering weapons. See "John Akwei vs. NSA" and "Marks of Torture."] Torture by means of electromagnetic weapons, bio-altering weapons, and organized terrorism frequently occurs outside the bounds of physical custody. Its victims usually cannot identify the perpetrators, may not even understand the nature of their experiences, may consider themselves mentally ill or be regarded as such by others. Amnesty International is not interested in such victims because thay are not in prison cells. Other non-governmental organizations likewise turn their backs. Advocates can handle such abuses as electric shock, mutilation, rape, and other physical attacks. These are graphic, documentable, attributable to particular individuals in particular places. State terrorism and mental torture, however, are inflicted from a distance, through surreptitious intrusion by nameless, faceless perpetrators using classified technologies and bio-altering weapons. These abuses are hard to document, hard to prove, easy to rationalize as symptoms of mental disorder. We victims are routinely ignored, disbelieved, dismissed. Thus, society at large makes itself an accomplice to the torture.

Americas torture agenda threatens everyone. Theres certainly no lack of torture in the world, and ordinary materials suffice to inflict suffering, but the forms of torture embraced by the United States of America are the wave of the future, since, of their very nature, they tend to discredit the victim. The world must come to terms with this awful reality, before its too late, for us victims and for the very continuance of civilization. Whether a conspiracy of silence is a conspiracy of complicity, of cowardice, of stupidity, or of apathy is an academic consideration in the long run. Nothing but the truth will do. Nothing but justice under law will save the world.

www.capurro.de/ECLSC2010.ppt By 2020, electronics will utilize molecule-sized circuits, the reverse-engineering of the human brain will have been completed, and bioMEMS will have evolved into bioNEMS (biological nanoelectromechanical systems). It will be routine to have billions of nanobots (nano-scale robots) coursing through the capillaries of our brains, communicating with each other (over a wireless local area network), as well as with our

biological neurons and with the Internet. One application will be to provide fullimmersion virtual reality that encompasses all of our senses. When we want to enter a virtual-reality environment, the nanobots will replace the signals from our real senses with the signals that our brain would receive if we were actually in the virtual environment. We will have a panoply of virtual environments to choose from, including earthly worlds that we are familiar with, as well as those with no earthly counterpart. We will be able to go to these virtual places and have any kind of interaction with other real (as well as simulated) people, ranging from business negotiations to sensual encounters. In virtual reality, we wont be restricted to a single personality, since we will be able to change our appearance and become other people. Experience Beamers Experience beamers will beam their entire flow of sensory experiences as well as the neurological correlates of their emotional reactions out on the Web just as people today beam their bedroom images from their web cams. A popular pastime will be to plug in to someone elses sensory-emotional beam and experience what its like to be someone else, la the plot concept of the movie Being John Malkovich. There will also be a vast selection of archived experiences to choose from. The design of virtual environments and the creation of archived full-immersion experiences will become new art forms. The most important application of circa-2020 nanobots will be to literally expand our minds. Were limited today to a mere hundred trillion interneuronal connections; we will be able to augment these by adding virtual connections via nanobot communication. This will provide us with the opportunity to vastly expand our pattern recognition abilities, memories, and overall thinking capacity as well as directly interface with powerful forms of nonbiological intelligence. Its important to note that once nonbiological intelligence gets a foothold in our brains (a threshold weve already passed), it will grow exponentially, as is the accelerating nature of information-based technologies. A one-inch cube of nanotube circuitry (which is already working at smaller scales in laboratories) will be at least a million times more powerful than the human brain. By 2040, the nonbiological portion of our intelligence will be far more powerful than the biological portion. It will, however, still be part of the human-machine civilization, having been derived from human intelligence, i.e., created by humans (or machines created by humans) and based at least in part on the reverseengineering of the human nervous system. Stephen Hawking recently commented in the German magazine Focus that computer intelligence will surpass that of humans within a few decades. He advocated that we develop as quickly as possible technologies that make possible a direct connection between brain and computer, so that artificial brains contribute to human intelligence rather than opposing it. Hawking can take comfort that the development program he is recommending is well under way. 2003 Ray Kurzweil.

Simulated brain closer to thought BBC News

By Jason Palmer Science and technology reporter, BBC News, Prague

This result completes the first phase of the brain simulation project A detailed simulation of a small region of a brain built molecule by molecule has been constructed and has recreated experimental results from real brains. The Blue Brain has been put in a virtual body, and observing it gives the first indications of the molecular and neural basis of thought and memory. Scaling the simulation to the human brain is only a matter of money, says the projects head. The work was presented at the European Future Technologies meeting in Prague. The Blue Brain project launched in 2005 as the most ambitious brain simulation effort ever undertaken. While many computer simulations have attempted to code in brain-like computation or to mimic parts of the nervous systems and brains of a variety of animals, the Blue Brain project was conceived to reverse-engineer mammal brains from real laboratory data and to build up a

computer model down to the level of the molecules that make them up. The first phase of the project is now complete; researchers have modeled the neocortical column a unit of the mammalian brain known as the neocortex which is responsible for higher brain functions and thought. The thing about the neocortical column is that you can think of it as an isolated processor. It is very much the same from mouse to man it gets a bit larger a bit wider in humans, but the circuit diagram is very similar, Henry Markram, leader of the Blue Brain project and founder of the Brain Mind Institute in Switzerland, told BBC News. He added that, when evolution discovered this mammalian secret, it duplicated it many many times and then used it as it needed more and more functionality. Virtually there Its a matter of if society wants this. If they want it in 10 years, theyll have it in 10 years. Henry Markram Brain Mind Institute Professor Markram told the Science Beyond Fiction conference that the column is being integrated into a virtual reality agent a simulated animal in a simulated environment, so that the researchers will be able to observe the detailed activities in the column as the animal moves around the space. It starts to learn things and starts to remember things. We can actually see when it retrieves a memory, and where they retrieved it from because we can trace back every activity of every molecule, every cell, every connection and see how the memory was formed. The next phase of the project will make use of a more advanced version of the IBM Blue Gene supercomputer that was used in the research to date. The next phase is beginning with a molecularisation process: we add in all the molecules and biochemical pathways to move toward gene expression and gene networks. We couldnt do that on our first supercomputer.

Organised columns of neurons have been simulated molecule by molecule Moreover, Professor Markram thinks the exponential rise in computing power will allow the project in 10 to 20 years to integrate many facets of medicine, right down to genomic profile,

eventually creating a vast database for personalised medicine. Such an approach would allow researchers to simulate, on the level of an individual, how they will respond to a given drug or treatment. Emerging arts The conference is a meeting to foster high-risk, multidisciplinary research in information and communication technologies (ICT), and as such is a mix of many types of researchers, from computer scientists to biologists. Not all of them agree that the lofty ultimate goals of the Blue Brain project are achievable. Wolfgang Wahlster of the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence, and a chief German government scientific adviser on ICT, thinks that the reductionist strategy of the project is flawed that it wont see the forest for the trees. Imagine you could follow in one of the most advanced Pentium chips today what each and every transistor is doing right now, he told BBC News. Then I ask, What is happening? Is Word running? Are you doing a Google search? You couldnt answer. Looking at this level you cannot figure it out. This is very interesting research and Im not criticising it, but it doesnt help us in computer science in having the intelligent behaviour of humans replicated. Professor Markram believes that by building up from one neocortical column to the entire neocortex, the ethereal emergent properties that characterise human thought will, step by step, make themselves apparent. They are not things that are easily predicted by just knowing elements by definition but by putting them together you can explore the principles, where they came from. Basically thats what were after: understanding the principles of emergent properties. Such emergent properties lead to the very essence of being human the spatial awareness of lower mammals graduates to political views and artistic expression in humans. When asked when the simulation would come up with something artistic or an invention, Professor Markram said it was simply a matter of money. Its not a question of years, its one of dollars. The psychology is there today and the technology is there today. Its a matter of if society wants this. If they want it in 10 years, theyll have it in 10 years. If they want it in 1000 years, we can wait. The age of pharmaceutical microchipping is now upon us. Novartis AG, one of the largest drug companies in the world, has announced a plan to begin embedding microchips in medications to create smart pill technology.

The microchip technology is being licensed from Proteus Biomedical of Redwood City, California. Once activated by stomach acid, the embedded microchip begins sensing its environment and broadcasting data to a receiver warn by the patient. This receiver is also a transmitter that can send the data over the internet to a doctor. The idea behind all this is to create smart pills that can sense whats happening in the body and deliver that information to the patients doctor. Novartis plans to start microchipping its organ transplant anti-rejection drugs and then potentially expand microchipping to other pharmaceuticals in its product lineup. This same technology could soon end up in pills made by other drug companies, too.

Tending to civilize human experimentation (HE) intentionally disregards law and ethics. Are existing laws providing sufficient defense against experiments done without consent? What chance does a person stand in the court of law when making a case against the government, industry and military for illegal experimentation? And to make the matter worse, how does a victim take legal action when statements or proofs are non-admissible as testimony in a court of law. 4. Ingrid Larssen May 7th 2010

At first sight ICT implants are ethically unproblematic if we think for instance about cardiac pacemakers. However, although particular ICT implants may be used to repair deficient bodily capabilities, others are ethically more problematic, particularly if such devices are accessible via digital networks. ICT implants, due to their network capability could be misused in several ways for all kinds of social surveillance or manipulation. The idea of placing ICT devices under our skin in order not just to repair but even to enhance human capabilities gives rise to science fiction visions with threat and/or benefit characteristics. However, in some cases, the implantation of microchips with the potential for individual and social forms of control is already taking place. 6. Gina Rydland May 29th 2010

I stumbled onto your site, and think you did an fantastic job. I am very motivated as a Ti and human rights activist. There is power in numbers and making contact and coordinating with others in our situation is important. I have a Web site http://www.unwittingvictim.com In my case I am very grounded, with a stable foundation, although the perpetrators are short circuiting my short term memory and stopping my free ability to think. I am in communication with other well grounded group leaders in the US on a daily basis. We could possibly combine our efforts on a project that we find mutually beneficial and motivating. We need to ensure we follow through with any of our efforts, while combining our individual efforts to form a stronger and more powerful whole. We are all adversely affected, mind bending is the only word that I can think of that conveys what our, the Ti communitys, knowledge base suffers through. We need join forces to ensure we are a force to be reckoned with on a project of our choosing. We would be a group of Tis who have awareness foundation, understand the gravity of the harm and hardship, are well grounded, and are motivated. Are you aware of Intels brain chip within 10 years for the consumer. http://www.unwittingvictim.com/Intel.html Standing together for human rights, Brett 9. Martin u.s Jun 7th 2010

With this increase in connectivity of brain to chip and chip to brain comes increased assimilation and learning time. After implantation (still an outpatient procedure) it will take 30 to 90 days of neuron growth around the chip for it and the brain to become fully integrated. Upon chip integration, the newly chipped person will need to attend nine months of intensive classroom based courses, where they are taught new ways to think, process thoughts, and to categorize memories and data. 10. Miracle technology could allow people to transmit their brainwaves and speak to each other mind-to-mind. Scientists are working to create computers that read thoughts to find terrorists, and machines to scan our minds like thumbprintscausing some to wonder if thought theft could become the crime of the future. 11. admin Jun 28th 2010

So what exactly am I talking about here? Simply put, it is the ability to use a small computer to feed information directly to the brain. This is now the stuff of science fiction, but according to the people doing the research, not all that difficult do accomplish. The end result is seen as a nano-computer, implanted under the skin somewhere on the body. This computer would be wirelessly updated and able to wirelessly transmit information to nano-implants in the brain. Eventually you could have all the information in the world available to your brain. Everyone could in theory, know everything. 12. admin Jun 28th 2010

Indeed, most of the technology involved is exactly identical to that of cell-phone technology. Satellites link the sender and the receiver. A computer multiplexer routes the voice signal of the sender through microwave towers to a very specifically defined location or cell. The receiver is located and tracked with pinpoint accuracy, to within a few feet of actual location. But the receiver is not a cell phone. Its a human brain. 14. Eva Jun 30th 2010

The future may well involve the reality of science fictions cyborg, persons who have developed some intimate and occasionally necessary relationship with a machine. It is likely that implantable computer chips acting as sensors, or actuators, may soon assist not only failing memory, but even bestow fluency in a new language, or enable recognition of previously unmet individuals. The progress already made in therapeutic devices, in prosthetics, and Brain in computer science indicate that it may well be feasible to develop direct interfaces between the brain and computers 17. Problem: How do hippocampal neurons work? Solution: Ted Berger, with joint appointments in biomedical engineering and biological science, bombards live rat hippocampal neurons with electrical impulses and records the emerging electrical signals. Next Problem: How do you model non-linear systems? Solution: USC biomedical/electrical engineer Vasilis Marmarelis writes mathematical equations to represent the complex input and output activity of the neurons observed by Berger. Next Problem: How do you turn those models into chips? Solution: USC computer scientist John Granacki builds silicon chips that recreate the input and output activity modeled by Marmarelis. Next Problem: How do you reproduce the brains massively parallel structure to create a small but workable implant? Solution: USC electrical engineer Armand Tanguay replaces the wires on Granackis computer chips with laser optics to allow the connection of more than 10,000 neural models on a single network no larger than a peanut. Next Problem: How do you get living neurons to interface with the implanted chip? Solution: USC molecular pharmacologist Roberta Brinton discovers that neurons adhere better to gold than to other substances. She builds an insulated version of Tanguays chip with gold connecting electrodes.

Next Problem: How do you get the connections between the brain and the implant to last? Solution: USC chemist Mark Thompson is using nanoscale DNA ladders, chemically cut from single strands of DNA, to hold the neurons dendrites and axons to the electrodes on Brintons insulated chip. 18. The role of the hippocampus in associative memory is the establishment of long-term, declarative memories. For example, memories for facts, names, and life experiences. Damage to the hippocampus leads to loss of ability to convert short-term memory to new long-term memories. Clinical applications of a biomimetic implant which replaces damaged brain function might be Stroke [preferential damage to CA1 neurons], Brain Trauma [preferential damage to hippocampal hilar neurons], Epilepsy [preferential damage to CA3 pyramidal cells], and Alzheimer s Disease [preferential damage throughout the hippocampus]. Replacing a Component of the Hippocampal Neural Circuit with a Biomimetic VLSI Device A candidate device is a TMSC 0.18 micron CMOS (MOSIS) microchip. Its circuitry includes A/D and D/A controllers, signal processing of input waveforms for population spike waveform identification and amplitude measurement. Its footprint allows expansion to 100 CA3 models if required, i.e., replacement of 100 hippocampal circuits. Cortical Neural Prosthetics at USCs Biomimetic MicroElectronic Systems Link the brain to the external world by computer processing the recorded neural signal to extract the subject s command to control an external device. Andrew B. Schwartz 2004 The newly developed systems at BMES will allow bi-directional communication with tissue and by doing so enable implantable/portable microelectronic devices to treat presently incurable human diseases such as blindness, paralysis, and memory loss. These systems use cortical signals as inputs to a brainmachine interface. The elements of these systems are (1) Recording Units (microelectrode arrays) comprised of microwires, silicon micromachined microprobes, and tissue reactions, (2) Decoding Units (extraction algorithms), and (3) Actuators (prosthetic effectors) comprised of computers, robotic arms or stimulators. Could a media system, controlled by a few global corporations with the ability to overwhelm all competing voices, be able to turn lies into truth? http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article13062.htm Omega 29. Jul, 22:42 20. Mattias Aug 29th 2010

It ist nanotechnology and it is not new, though the principle of involuntary mindcontrol through implantable devices is the same. Chapins team strapped tiny video cameras to the human to see whether they might be used to transmit images and sounds of people. But Chapin says the camera needs to be refined to compensate the humans jerky movements and the power backpack has to be miniaturized (nano), for implanting the brain. 21. Mattias Sep 7th 2010

Sending electrical shocks into the brain via a brain pacemaker has already led to dramatic breakthroughs like the revival of a man trapped in a vegetative state for six years, but new research may mean that the technique is soon a common treatment for disorders like depression and OCD. Researchers from the Cleveland Clinic, Mass General, Harvard Medical School and Brown Medical School implanted the Medtronics brain pacemaker into 17 people suffering from depression and tracked them for a year, finding significant improvements in mood as well as social and occupational functioning, while 26 patients suffering from OCD were followed for three years and also showed marked improvement. Findings will be presented to the American Association of Neurological Surgeons this week in Chicago, and clinical trials are scheduled for later this year in other news, sales of The Terminal Man to neurosurgeons recently skyrocketed for unknown reasons. 22. The mass media have not reported that an implanted persons privacy van- ishes for the rest of his or her life. S/he can be manipulated in many ways. Using different frequencies, the secret controller of this equip- ment can even change a persons emotional life. S/he can be made aggress- ive or lethargic. Sexuality can be artificially influenced. Thought sig-nals and subconscious thinking can be read, dreams affected and even induced, all without the knowledge or consent of the implanted person.

There could be conflict between the personal freedom to use ones economic resources to get an implant that will enhance ones physical capabilities and what society at large considers desirable or ethically acceptable. 24. Magnus Contact: Sep 22nd 2010

Part of my concern is that when we start seeing these things emerging, were going to suddenly find that the people who could bring benefits to us wont because theyre scared of the legal uncertainty, he said. So one of the things were trying to promote is a debate about the rights and wrongs the ethics and that should inform the law afterwards. 25. U.S.A Martin Sep 25th 2010

Society, or the more technical strata, will grow used to the idea of augmentation and that will produce great benefits. Then a few daring souls will allow the conversion from biological brain cells to hardware brain cells to proceed further. Greater and greater proportions of the brain will convert. Someone will allow total conversion and prove ( as far as it can be proven ) that they are the same person. Perhaps someone terminally ill will volunteer. It certainly is a possible road to immortality. 26. Magnus Contact: Sep 27th 2010

The Pentagon and the U.S. intelligence agencies known as the N.S.A. [ National Security Agency ], C.S.S. [ Central Security Service ], D.I.A. [ Defense Intelligence Agency ], and the C.I.A. [ Central Intelligence Agency ], have extremely top secret technology which can up the private thoughts given by individuals from the infrasound vibrations produced by the brains electrochemical impulses, i.e. brainwaves. These brainwaves can be broadcast via microwave tranceivers, infrasound and ultrasound tranceivers, TDRS [ Tracking and Data Relay Satellites ], GPS [ Global Positioning Satellites ], and any other form of technology which uses electromagnetism, 28. In one of the other posts, we talked about how the internet will drive a brain interface. That and medical needs will drive the research. Right now very experienced researchers are working on ways to do this but few of them have the money they need to do the work. All the money is going into new tennis rackets ( an example that is a bit dated now ). or other ways to make quick money. Business looks to the next quarter, the next year. To do this research you have to look five and ten years down the road. And nobody invests in that blue sky research. Im probably a year or more out of date on what is actually being done. I hope there is a lot of fundamental research that we can use, but if they patent it, that just locks it up. I hope the nanofactory animation I did contributed something to the mix that cant be owned by some corporation. Probably not, it was too theoretical and not based on real research. We will definitely have protesters. This is the most radical technology the human race has ever invented. NOTHING comes close. Everything will be labeled as evil by someone. Lets just hope enough people want the results. The stem cell controversy is the exact type of problem we will see. Moral arguments will affect how the laws are written. If the government is conservative, it will be inhibited and controlled, if the government is more liberal, it will be supported. Everybody votes their values. John 29. Waheed Oct 28th 2010

Webbplats:http://minduploadingproject.org/Fretagsfakta: MIND UPLOADING is the hypothetical technology of transferring a biological brain into a computer system. Sufficient computer power for human brain simulation is expected between 2013-2025. - It means mind uploading could be reality within twenty years. - It means we could live forever in virtual worlds generated inside computer systems. - It means we could live anywhere in the universe, wherever computer systems are able to work. All of this can be realised within tens years IF SOCIETY DEMANDS IT. This is all part of the Totalitarian tiptoe to microchip people. When this happens more and more often in ever greater areas of our lives, there comes a point where each person reaches the stage of unquestioning, unthinking, acquiesnence. Unthinking acquienscence where the comforty = comfort! Youre so comfortable and passive you go with the flow. The idea is to include all sources of surveillance and control medical records etc. including every aspect of that persons life and views to be linked to a central computer so that person can be revealed on a single screen. 32. This is a terrifying prospect. People around the globe are waking up to the plan for global domination by the unimaginably rich elites. As more people realize whats going the faster these gigantic corporations are going to spit out police state technology to keep their slaves in check. Sad world we are living in today, sad scary world. 33. Tillman USA Nov 10th 2010

yes, really frightening stuff. I cant believe no trails at least since they say its the same drug. A radio transmitter really makes it a LOT different. I dont want a Radio transmitter in my body. It seems that we are to be watched, tracked and made sure that we do what someone else says we must. There was a hearing this Spring in the Senate on Aging discussing just how great this all would be!! They are trying to have broadband over the electric wires, pills that track, a medical force that makes sure you take your medications etc. This is just one of the first times I saw it mainstream. We really do have to stop this! 34. Fred T E.U Nov 11th 2010

Sounds incredible! Could prove that consiousness (and all the spiritual beliefs we associate with this subjective experience) is just a product of our highly evolved brains. I cant begin to imagine the influence it might have on neuroscience as well as psychological disorders. What fascinating potential. 35. Magnus Contact: Nov 12th 2010

The basic conclusion is that an A.B. can impose a threat for mankind if not done correctly, with knowledge and implemented control-systems. The required knowledge reaches a little wider than just simple psychology, neurology or electronics ! 36. Prof. Dr. Indrajit Rai Dec 18th 2010

Being a professor of War Studies, I found, during my military research, the mindcontrol technique applied to the war prisoners. It is an electromagnetic mind-control technique which can take full control of the persons body and mind permanently. It uses modulated microwave to produce audible voices in the persons head. It is in the form of subliminal hypnotic command and the victim can be hypnotically programmed for years without knowing. Thoughts are implanted in the victims mind without letting him know. In microwave hearing, nobody can hear the voices except the targeted individual. The sound reverberates in the targets ear monotonously. In a solitary cell the high pitched sound gets amplified. Slowly it stirs the unconscious layer of the mind and deeply affects the nerves. 37. Magnus Contact: Dec 21st 2010

This Blur the Line Between Medical Decisions and police actions. If You are going to allow doctors to take peoples liberty away, Do They Have to Be independent. That credibility is undermined When The Doctors ARE part of the Sami team as the police. This raises Serious Concerns. First, That You Have A Unit That allows Police Investigation to Lead Directly to PeopleSoft-being sectioned Without Any kind of criminal proceedings. Secondly, it is-being done under the umbrella of anti-terrorism at a time-when the government is looking for ways to detain terrorists Without Them putting on trial. Scotland Yard refused hock to Discuss How Many Suspects Have Been forcibly hospitalized by the team, because of Patient Confidentiality. Meanwhile, Conservative members of the British government to Have Ftac hailed as the first joint mental health Police Unit in the United Kingdom and a prototype for future joint services In Other Areas. They Are Introducing legislation to broads The definition of mental disorders to give doctors and now police more power to detain people. 38. Magnus Contact: Jan 31st 2011

There are many types of detector for electromagnetic radiation that these EM emissions should be detected with these devices and they could be localized on the body with telescopic antennas. Possibly, some chips in the body are emitted modulated (disturbed regularly) frequency and they dont understand without suitable decoder. However, if the case speak and think continuously a mathematically coded argument like one, two, two, three, three, three, four, four four, four, five, five, five, five, five; a suitable detector easily catch the modulated propagation with its frequency. Therefore, localization of these brain or body chips with a telescopic antenna becomes easy, and disturb these chips with resonances of similar frequency becomes easy. Famous samples of these types of damages are cellular phone effects on electronic devices, and these chips could be damaged by applications of magnetic resonance or huge magnets. Huge magnets are easily reachable at most of the eye clinics that are using for removing of foreign bodies from eyes. Be sure that metallic wire coils on a silicon or quartz crystal are mandatory to collect a piezzo effect namely electromagnetic propagation from most of those illegal chips. Another way is detection of these devices by computerized tomography, magnetic resonance imaging or ultrasound imaging, and destroying those illegal chips with

stereotactic gamma knife application that neurosurgeons have big experience on these devices that gamma knife is regular treatment way of brain tumors. Stereotactic application of the devices is targeting capacity of the tumors with three dimensional spaces. On the other hand, if you checkout for suitable and practical devices to detection of the wireless camera, hidden microphone and similar apparatus; you can find out more amount of devices within 20 2500 USD. In addition, to hear these propagation of a brain chip, the case must carry out an amplification apparatus on his/her body that are easily detectable with theirs metal and big construction within the skin. However, this amplificatory and transporter devices could be cellular phone of the case that illegal remote controlling of them are easy, or some apparatus in the building or on a person travelling of near that case. In fact, these illegal and criminal cases are easily detectable with current scientific capacity and police investigation. Constructing some chip hunting centers and hunting them are not difficult. Please inform the people on these capabilities and social responsibility. If the responsible persons or companies are not catch, the cases that having brain chips without informed consents are gain rights for go to court for claim for damages against the government, the Parliament and politicians that are responsible as legislation makers and decision makers. 40. Do you think that humans could advance robot technology so that one day, they could think for themselves without our control, reproduce without human assistance, and get energy from the environment and food sources rather than relying on purely electrical human-produced power? I have a cousin studying robotics at the South China Institute of Technology and he says robots could be considered living so it got me thinking.1967100 Garter 42. Tony,O Mar 2nd 2011

Think your thoughts are private? Ever told a lie and been caught red-handed? Using brain-scanning by implants technology scientists are beginning to probe our minds and tell if were lying. Other scientists are decoding our desires and exploring the difference between our conscious and unconscious mind. But can you really trust the technology? How threatening for mankind is an Artificial Brain ?
