RESUMO
SUMMARY
This scientific article supervised internship report in food and nutrition units aims to
describe the organization of food in stock; carrying out the distribution of meals for
the day; understand the integration and decision-making dynamics of menu
planning; the methodology adopted for the work was quantitative, using the
technique of content analysis and practice carried out in the field. In the results, the
observation was made with clarity which proposes the work on food organization
and packaging. Concluding that the actions of experience during the internship were
a set of important points in this adequacy with the professionals in the area,
consolidating the professional valuation and my training as a nutrition student.
