Black: RK Black cermet coating is a low gloss coating and is perfect for blacking out performance parts. RK Black is formulated to withstand temperatures up to 1600F and can reduce skin temps of pipes up to 35%. RK Black coating prevents thermal fatigue, rust, corrosion, oxidation, and heat buildup that can damage or weaken components, thus increasing the life of your components. The Black cermet coating will lower under hood temperatures by keeping the heat inside the exhaust pipe. Recommended for high horsepower, such as turbo or supercharged applications. Increases performance significantly and works great on all naturally aspirated and fuel injected applications. Highly recommended for appearance, functionality, and performance parts. Can be applied to both new and used components.
