Album Delivery
We cater the needs by offering the high quality album delivery The album is designed and processed and to be returned in approximately 6 - 10 weeks. Each photo contained in the album will be the best quality and received professional individual treatment to ensure the highest standards. Should delay happens, MU Photography has the right to amend the delivery date to another date to ensure the quality of the album fit the requirement set by us

Terms of Payments
We cater the needs by offering up to 3 easy installments i. ii. iii. 30% deposit must be paid prior to confirm the booking 50% of total package must be paid 1 month before the event date 20% must be paid upon album delivery

Kindly note that for first 2 payments (Deposit and 1 month before the event date), it can be payable via cheque, cash or cash deposit to our account. However the last payment must be payable by cash. Bank : Maybank Account 5126 7930 9162 Mukhriz & Udey Photography

Outstation Charges
We cater the needs for those outside the Klang Valley For those clients outside the Klang Valley, kindly note that there is a minimum outstation charge which is excluded from travel expenses and accommodation. Due to the high demand of our exclusive Photographers, the normal events they can be assigned daily is up to 2 or more events. However, to fulfill the needs of those outside the Klang Valley, the minimum outstation charge mainly to cover the slot taken. Thus, both clients and MU Photography compliments each other

Copyrights
We cater the needs on copyrights purposes for both parties

The photographs produces by MU Photography is protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be produced in any manner without MU Photography explicitly written permission. Upon final payment by the Client, limited copyright ownership of the resulting images will be transferred to the Client under the conditions of the original pictures stored on disc media are the property of the Client for PERSONAL use and for the purposes of the reproduction. The Client must obtain written permission from and compensate MU Photography to the Client publishing or selling the photographs for profit or advertisement. MU Photography will share the copyright of photographs taken on the noted wedding day as samples of its work, for the purposes of portfolios and showroom exhibits, advertising including printed publications, professional competition and World Wide Web.

Terms & Conditions 1. Client(s) are free to select the desired Photographer based on their preferences. MU Photography agrees that every effort will be made to provide high quality photographic services at all times behave in a manner that is applicable to the occasion. We are appointed by the Client(s) as the exclusive professional photographer for the wedding. Client(s) should be aware that it may not be possible for all these to be followed due to factors such as weather conditions, lighting conditions, the subjects being photographed/footage and changes in time constraints. 2. Any alterations to the booking, once details have been confirmed by the Client, may only be made at the discretion of the Photographer(s). To reserve the event date, the Clients(s) require a scheduling payment of minimum deposit (based on the desired package). The Photographer will not hold any date open without receipt of said payment. Kindly note that said payment is non-refundable. 3. MU Photography is not liable for any damage or loss suffered by customers as a result of flood, fire, computer failure and equipment malfunction, loss of negatives, memory card or digital complications by the development laboratory or unknown damage of film. Also includes any incident not mentioned that is outside our direct control. However, under some circumstances, should the matters above due to negligence of the Photographer(s), our liability to Client(s) shall be limited to a full refund of all fees paid by the Client(s). 4. MU Photography may substitute another Photographer(s) that equally competent professional only in the events of death of assigned Photographer(s), Photographer's illness, serious injury and resulted to be deemed unfit for work which occurs less that one (1) week before the wedding date. As for death of family members including parents and siblings that occurred less that (4) days of the wedding date, MU Photography shall reimburse the full refund of all fees paid by Client(s). In the event of such substitution, MU Photography warrants that the substitute Photographer(s) shall be a competent professional. 5. MU Photography shall be full granted artistic license in relation to the poses photographed, the content of the photographs, the arrangement, composition, location, the number of photographs taken and the locations used. The Photographer(s) judgment regarding the locations, poses and number of images taken shall be deemed correct. Due to the vagaries of the weather and the willingness of subjects it may not be possible to capture all the images requested. 6. Album processing will take about six (6) weeks to ten (10) weeks from the event date for finish print and packaging. We will only send packages out once all parts are completed. Kindly note that the said duration exclusive of weekends and public holidays. No photographs or wedding albums will be delivered until all payments due have been paid in full. For fast editing, there is sum of amount to be charged to client. 7. Client agrees to trust the artistic judgment of MU Photographys in-house designers in album design and construction, album layout, photos selections or any other design element in the wedding album. Clients are encouraged to give the opinions but not permitted to interfere during the duration of album processing. Any third-party interference such as parents, family members or family members are strictly will not be entertained. This is to ensure that the process of album processing will be done smoothly without delays. 8. Should the clients insists to be involved in the album preparation and retouching the finish goods or photos, Clients are given the option to do so subject to separate charge of minimum rate of RM100 per page will be charged. However, should the involvement is more than ten (10) days; we will charge a weekly interest of 1% from the rate charged. It is being the agreed loss suffered by MU Photography for causing disruption to the companys cash flow. The final output and finish goods of any image that is re-touched will be at the In-House Designers discretion. Once the client commits to involve in the album preparation, MU Photography has the right to delay the album production without any action taken by the Client(s).

9. MU Photography will notify clients on the progress of album processing via Registered E-Mail given by Clients, SMS or phone calls upon registration. Once album is ready for collection, Clients are to pay the remaining balance of booking fee within two (2) weeks of notification. Failure to do so will result in separate charge of 1% weekly from the two (2) weeks after the notification. No photographs will be delivered until all payments due have been paid in full. 10. The Photographer(s) shall own the copyright in all images and photographic materials created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions for the Photographer's portfolio, samples, self-promotions, entry in photographic contests or art exhibitions, advertising, illustration, editorial use, or for display within or on the outside of the Photographer's studio, including printed materials, media on the World Wide Web, and any current or future digital media. If the Photographer desires to make other uses, the Photographer may so without or oral written permission of the Client. 11. The Client(s) is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions thereof by parties other than the Photographer(s). Client(s) are not to reproduce said prints, contents and album layouts and publish it to any means of social media sites such as Friendster, Myspace, Facebook or Personal Blogs for copyright purposes. Anyhow, should the client(s) still want to proceed to publish to any social networking, the copyrights have to be credited to the Photographers and MU Photography. 12. Any complaint(s) must be received in writing via Registered E-Mail or snail mail for our further action. Client(s) are prohibited and not permitted to filing the said complaint(s) to any means of media including Newspapers, Magazines and other social media sites such as Friendster, Myspace, Facebook or Personal Blogs. However, should MU Photography fail to take further action within 30 days from the date of filed complaints, the client may spread the complaints to the said means of media. 13. Any cancellation or Appointed Photographer(s) changes after the deposit has been received and the date and time guaranteed within 3 months before the event takes place, kindly note that the deposit will not be refunded. It is being the agreed loss suffered by the Photographer due to cancellation because we have guaranteed your time and date and therefore it has been unavailable to others. Weddings that are postponed to a later date will retain the fee provided that the Photographer can re-schedule for the new date and time. 14. We will not refund, nor accept the return of/refusal to pay charges for, any technically acceptable photograph supplied either in print or in electronic format. No exception can be made as we cannot be held responsible for individual tastes or exception. 15. Client(s) are encouraged to revert as soon as possible as normally all dates are highly demanded. Should MU Photography fail to communicate or reach the final say from the client(s) within 2 weeks, MU Photography has the rights to attend other client(s) and the desired date(s) considered available. All previous discussions and contract signed is invalid and null.
