nearly fifty percent of the U.S. beer market.

largest-selling beers, BUDWEISER and BUD LIGHT.

100 years.

11. Sales of products in connection with the Anheuser-Busch trademarks generate

billions of dollars in

revenue

for Anheuser-Busch. Anheuser-Busch has sold billions of

dollars worth of BUDWEISER beer in the United States.

12. For the past five years, Anheuser-Busch has ranked at the top of the

companies

in

the

beverage industry on Fortune magazines list of Americas Most Admired Companies.


13. After great

expenditures

of time, money and effort, Anheuser-Busch has forms of advertisement, and

developed many distinctive trademarks, designs,


it has used and continues to
use

slogans, which

in connection with its many

products

and business activities.

THE ANHEUSER-BUSCH MARKS 14. Anheuser-Busch is the


owner

of many famous

registered and common law
