FOREWORD
The Holy Spirit is one of the three persons of God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. For many of us this is a difficult concept to grasp. The Holy Spirit is not a vague, ethereal life force. He is not impersonal or unthinking. The Holy Spirit is a "person" equal in every way with God, the Father, and God, the Son. The Bible tells us that all the characteristics of God apparent in the Father and they are equally apparent in the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is composed of intellect, emotions and will. Although the Holy Spirit has all the characteristics of God, he has specific roles and functions in our lives. The Holy Spirit, Father and Son all comprise a unified God head known in Christianity as the "Trinity." While each "personage" is distinct in function, each shares together in the same deity and each reflects the divine attributes of the one living God.

INTRODUCTION
Many people know that the Father is the Father of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. However, just like in the days of Paul the Apostle there were many who did not know who the Holy Spirit was. We find this same situation today in America and around the world. I find this tragic in a society that has really forgotten who their maker really is. How does not knowing God in His fullness of the Trinity make us feel? I tell you, it should give you a feeling of wanting to know more of His fullness. It should be a burning desire to want more than going to Church on Sunday and leaving out the way you came in. In the Old Testament, every man of God had an experience or an encounter with God. We want the believer to experience God just like in the Old Testament. The New Testament believer is unique; because once He accepts Jesus Christ into His heart by believing by faith that Jesus Christ died and rose from the dead, that very moment the Holy Spirit comes and dwells in the believer's heart. That individual is

THE HOLY SPIRIT born again or is saved. His sins are washed away and salvation has come to him. Now He can begin to understand spiritual things. Many things are said here, but there is a gift of the Holy Spirit. This is when the Spirit of God is given to us in a measure. I believe if God poured His Spirit out on us in the fullness, (like Jesus, who had the Spirit without measure), we could not handle it in our mortal frame. That's why He gives us what we can handle at the time. The ministry of Jesus was local, meaning when He was on earth He was in one place at a time preaching and teaching the people. He is still preaching, teaching, healing and casting out devils today; but it is by way of the Holy Spirit that is in every believer on the face of the earth at the same time. In other words, the Holy Spirit ministry is not local. He is everywhere. He is in the earth fulfilling the ministry of Jesus Christ because the Holy Spirit is the Father and the Son in our hearts today. The Holy Spirits ministry in the earth and in mankind is so important. Because of His ministry, we as believers can have encounter after encounter with God. Beloved, I tell you the relationship that you will have with God is more than just attending Church services; Relationship with God is when you actually become the Church. This is when you, are developed from the inside out by the Holy Spirit. Like I mentioned earlier, many do not know who the Holy Spirit is; but the fact of the matter is, the Holy Spirit is God.
