CHACH YOGA

Cosmic Harmony Counseling and Healing Yoga

Yoga which is natural, real and forms part of the life
A way of natural life and part of life
Has its roots in Sramanism of pre-vedic age
The Sramanas lived in forest in clusters in harmony with the life and Life Divine
They believed that existence as a whole is a living being
Each and every thing living or non-living, is inter-related and co-related
Nothing can exist independently
Inter-dependence of the universe is the truth and reality
The Sramanas preached to be with the life and be in the life always
They were ever in tandem with the life and the life divine
To know the life and the life divine, for realization of the truth, they looked inward and outward
To realize the life divine, they looked inward
To see and acquaint with the life, they looked outward
They found that what was inside was in the out too
They enjoyed the natural life as well as they inquired for the inner world
Ultimately they realized that both are the same
Sramanas never negated the natural world, the real life encompassed
They lived in and enjoyed it
At the same time they inquired into the secretes of the self, human existence
And realized ultimately that there is no independent self
They realized that self is made of non-self or the cosmic

What is CHACH YOGA?

CHACH YOGA is life itself

CHACH Yoga recommends to live in tandem with the life in total
The life encompassed and the innate life divine, both are real and true
CHACH Yoga proposes to live in harmony with both the realities, life and life divine
CHACH Yoga helps to realize the link between life and life divine; self, life and life divine
Even though there is no independent self, the reality of independent self we experience is not negated by CHACH Yoga
The self is accepted as a relative reality and that self is used as a means to experience the link between the trio, life, self and life divine

The reality of inter-being, the secret of CHACH Yoga

The prime link between self and the remaining two, that is life and life divine, is breath
Without breath no living being can exist
Breath comes from outside
Thus the self is linked with the life and life divine, the Cosmic
The second link is the nature, the life encompassed
The living being is dependent on the life encompassed
One needs earth under one’s feet to stay alive and thus one is again dependent on the nature out
For sustenance living being has to depend on the outer world, for food, water, shelter, and so on.

CHACH Yoga - Solution to the problems

Problems are there in life and it is part of life

Problems cannot be completely avoided
But problems can be limited by living in harmony with the Nature and Cosmic
Birth, death, diseases, calamities and encounters with daily hazards are all natural
Living beings have little control over them
Apart from these, man has to face many other problems which are man-made
They are resultant of man’s confronting with the Nature and Cosmic

These sort of problems can be avoided by not confronting with the Natural and Cosmic ways; by living in harmony with the Cosmic.

The Cosmic ways

One can experience and realize the cosmic ways by adopting a two-pronged life, look in and look out
By watching and witnessing the ways of Cosmic in maintaining the self – breathing – one can look in
By watching and experiencing the mother nature and its ways and secrets one can look out
Thus looking in and out one can realize the universe as a whole living being
Nothing in it is alien, nothing is good or bad
Learn to take everything as it is
Learn to be with the life and in life
The secret of CHACH Yoga is the realization of the reality of inter-being
Sradha, Dhyana and Samatha are the core of CHACH Yoga
Looking in – watching and witnessing the breath – is Sradha and Dhyana
Living in tandem with the life and cosmic – looking out – is Samatha
Thus Sradha, Dhyana and Samatha are the core of the art of inter-being – CHACH Yoga
Contrary to customized and conventional Yogas, CHACH Yoga demands nothing from the practitioner
CHACH Yoga demands no pre-qualification for the practitioner
CHACH Yoga comprising of Sradha, Dhyana and Samatha is spirituality close to human psychology and cosmic reality
It is close to nature

CHACH Yoga’s curing and healing aspects

Every problem, physical, mental or material, has the roots in the totality of the existence
The solution to these problems is also there in the totality of the existence
Indian astrology was originated in the pre-Vedic Sramanic days
The present day astrology is not the same
As part of the way of their life, Sramans had developed many healing and curing techniques based on nature, natural beings and cosmic
The Sramanic ways of curing was spiritualistic in nature
Traces of these occult science can be found in the natural symbols that were being used in the ancient Indian astrology
It signifies the inter-relation with nature and natural beings
Integration of Pancha Bhoothas – five basic elements – earth, water, air, fire and ether - was the base of Indian astrology
Problems in human life occur due to the disharmony of pancha bhoothas
The ancient Indian astrology recommends to rectify the disharmony and in that way it also forms part of CHACH Yoga
Indian astrology is close to Nature, Cosmic and the human psyche.
