The outdoor grounding bar is connected to the underground grounding grid through a dedicated route. The indoor grounding bar is connected to the outdoor grounding bar or is directly grounded nearby. The grounding bar is insulated from the wall. The grounding cable is as short as possible. The antenna is installed in compliance with the engineering specifications, such as the position, azimuth, and down tilt. The connectors of all the outdoor jumpers are waterproofed. Waterproof curves are made for the jumpers. The bending radius of the jumper should be 20 times larger than its diameter. The antenna mechanical clamps are installed properly. Antenna tilt and orientation can be done.

T01-0104 Acceptance Items for Installation of Trunk Cables and Signal Cables
Purpose Verify that the installation of the trunk cables and signal cables complies with the corresponding engineering specifications. Prerequisite The trunk cables and the signal cables are installed. Test Procedures 1. Check the cabling. Expectation The cabling meets the engineering specifications, without cable crossover and damage. The cabling facilitates maintenance and further capacity expansion. The trunk cables and power cables are placed respectively. (3) The connectors of trunk cables are intact. The connectors of E1 cable are reliable and intact. The turning radius of coaxial cables is kept no less than 40 mm to prevent the wire core Results

The extra part of the cable ties is evenly cut off and the cut surface does not have any sharp edges. No cable tie is wounded up. In the outdoor environment, each cable tie has a reserved length ranging from 3 mm to 5 mm. The cables on the cable rack are neatly bound. The cables are bound neatly and tightly. The cable ties are evenly spaced.

The cables laid in a cabling trough may be bundled or not. If the cables are laid in a cabling trough, they are laid neatly without crossover and do not overrun the trough. The cables are tied when led into and out of the trough or when converting into another direction. When trunk cables are laid in overhead and under floor cabling mode, a little margin is left at turns at the bottom of racks. Both ends of trunk cables are stuck with standard engineering labels to identify the position of the cables. The labels are clear. (3) The connectors of the RF cables are fixed in position to avoid false connection that may cause an abnormal voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR). The RF cables are intact. The horizontal RF cables are clamped into the cable trough. The cables are neatly connected to the power port of each module. Cables with an extra length are reserved at the connectors. The two ends of the CPRI cable is neatly connected. The CPRI cables neatly and tightly bound. The cable ties are evenly spaced and face the

The bare wires and lug handles at the wiring terminals are tightly wrapped up with insulation tapes or heat-shrinkable tubes. Flat washers and spring washers are securely and closely mounted on wiring terminals. The power cables and PGND cables are bound separately from other cables. The extra part of cables are trimmed rather than coiled up. Breaking devices such as switches and fuses are not included in the electric connection of the grounding system. The diameter of the positive pole of the primary power supply connected to the earth complies with the engineering specifications. T03-0102 DRFU Transmit Power
Objective: Verify that the actual transmit power of the DRFUs meets the requirements. Result: Pass Fail Not Run Zapped
3238
Prerequisites
The BTS operates normally, and the calls of the DRFUs are normal.
The criteria for the RF transmit power : As per ETSI EN 300 910 V7.4.0 (European Stadard Telecommunication Series) The tolerance of the actual maximum output power of the BTS shall be 2 dB under normal conditions and 2,5 dB under extreme conditions. DRFU Power Output BAND Carrier TYPE Coupling System ToC Output Power(W) ToC Output Power(dBm) 2.0 dB No combining Combining No combining Combining 2.5 dB Range(Normal) Power Output Range(Extreme)

Comment & Remark: There are 16 external environment alarms on site. All of alarms are Boolean values. If the alarm appears, the alarm can be displayed normally on OMC. When the alarm recovers, the corresponding alarm will disappear on OMC. Procedure Check the Intruder alarm Expected result Result
Intruder sensor properly installed & terminated till BTS. Open & close BTS
Room Door to generate & clear the intruder alarm respectively & verify from OMCR

Condition: Alarm to be actuated when lightning surge has affected the system Open the Main Switch DB in Genset Room. Disconnect the WAPDA supply from the Main Switch. Genset will be started. Wait for consistent response of the Genset, for some time. Locate the OutPut Switch on the Front Panel of Genset. Change the Output Switch to OFF position. The Output supply of the Genset will be disconnected. The alarm of Generator Failure (Alarm 15) will be reported in OMCR. Change the position of Output Switch to ON position. The supply of Genset will be again commenced. Reconnect the WAPDA supply by changing position of Main Switch to ON position.
Take the fuel float with the cover out of the tank. Check with OMC-R that they can see
