Employee Portal site consist of company policies like Work rules, Provident fund, Travel and expenses, Leaves,
certifications etc. It consists of Contact list of employees, Holiday list declared by organization, Employee details
that are accessible to HR people, Time sheet, Leave request form, Expense form, Appraisal form of an employee. It
also consists of RESUME repository of employees, Interview rating form of a candidate, Software resources related
to software's running in organization and issues and discussions. The leave request form consists of EMP Name,
ID, supervisor, Email, telephone number, Type of leave and purpose. The time sheet consists of EMP Name, ID,
supervisor, Email, Department, task assigned, status, date. Expense form consists of travel expenses of an
employee when he is on work, conveyance, phone and fax, meals and entertainment expense.

Description:
Medicaid is a health insurance program financed and run jointly by the federal and state governments for low-
income people of all ages who dont have the money or insurance to pay for health care. The goal of the program is
to provide medical and other health care services to eligible individuals so that they are able to remain as self -
sufficient as possible. Medicaid is a state administered program. Each state sets its own guidelines, subject to
federal rules and guidelines. Certain services must be covered by the state in order to receive federal funds. Other
services are optional and are elected by states.

Description:

Receivables Application is a web application. It is developed in Microsoft Visual Studio .NET development
system by ASP.NET 2.0 frame work using C#.NET. The purpose of the Receivables Application is to document the
processing of Manual Invoices as a result of customer credits or debits. This Application is related to Finance
domain, used for generating the manual invoices. For generating Manual invoices, two modules are developed in
this application, one is for generating the Manual Invoice (MI) and another one is for users management because
different types of users are accessing this application based on their levels across the globe.
