Fee - Excluded/Free Other Immigration Facilities for Expatriates 1. Service at the Executive Counter Executive Counter has been provided at the Immigration Headquarters, Employment Pass Division, Level 3, Block 2G4, Precint 2, Putrajaya since 2005 and has been extended to all state Immigration Office since December 2007. All expatriates holding executive / professional posts as well as managerial posts are welcome to the Executive Counter.
