The sponsors reserve the right to close registration in order to not exceed capacity. The sponsors reserve the right to cancel the workshop. If that would happen, the sponsors will notify registered participants by fax or email in advance of the seminar. The sponsors will refund the entire registration fee but not unused airline tickets and hotel reservation fees. A registrant can cancel once they register for the program.
