Question Communication is key for Success to any project Communication Problems are araised because of many reasons A Project manager or a Project team member I can easily communicate my messages My project facilitates horizontal communication that is between peers. Importance of communication is understood and established between stakeholders and Project team members. Commitment for Good communication I reported a Project Problem, and got a timely acknowledgement about my message has been received and understood The Project manager, management Team, and Team leaders are always accessible to the Project team members in a timely manner Project Status is visible ot evey stake holder and Project team member My Project is adequately staffed during the Project development
