Executive Summary
This is the Mid-Term Assignment of our Fourth Semester given to us by our Resource Person Mr. Mohsin Iqbal. For this purpose Ms. Saima Momin of Netsol Technologies filled a job analysis form and Job Description was prepared on this basis. This report also contains three duties of Marketing Manager, Finance Manager, Sales Manager, Production Manager and HR Manager each according to VOP method.

Job Description
HR Manager provide practical, constant, and proactive support to other managers regarding HR policies, compensation and benefits, employment rewards, and legislation so that the objectives and targets of an organization can be achieved. HR manager performs human resources management duties like hiring, recruitment, training, compensation, promotion, termination, career development, or retirement.

Key Duties and Responsibilities


 To provide constant guidance and advice to managers on grievance, attendance, disciplinary,      
and performance issues. To conduct the performance appraisal of the employees to compensate them according to their performance. Ensuring the maintenance of all payroll data by HR Administrators to avoid any negligence. Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination. To keep compensation packages up-to-date to avoid any chances of voluntarily turnover. To conduct a effective recruitment programs to generate a pool of qualified candidates. To revise an HR policy in compliance with to keep it up to date.

Duties of Managers
Sales Manager
 To develop the sales plan for the company to accomplish the objectives and goals of the company.  To establish training programs for the marketing executives to develop their skill level.  To ensure that all the activities of the marketing executives are according to the policies of the company to maintain strict discipline.

Production Manager
 To control the manufacturing process to meet up with the quality standards of the company.  To make sure that all the products are produced at the minimum possible cost to increase the profitability of the company.  To monitor the production process to increase the production of the company.

Marketing Manager
 To carry our market research to know what does the consumer actually wants.  To conduct consumer surveys to identify potential markets for products and services.  To coordinate with advertisers to establish the marketing campaign of the product in a best possible way.

HR Manager
 To conduct the performance appraisal of the employees to compensate them according to their performance.  To analyze the training needs of employees to foster training programs for the development of employees.  Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.

Finance Manager

 Analyze and classify risks and investments to determine their potential impacts on
companies.  Examine, evaluate, and process loan applications to make sure the transparent flow of cash.  Prepare financial and regulatory reports to provide the management the true picture of the business.
