Scope of work : Covers the following engineering scope pertaining to the mooring analysis of the vessel: To determine the mooring capacity of the vessel at intact, damage and tandem Offloading condition. Limiting environmental conditions for vessel remaining alongside facility.

This analysis is performed to be used for a study of FPSO Brotojoyo into a safe mooring system on the Pagerungan Utara field. Assesses the behaviour of the FPSO mooring system under extreme weather conditions in the field of interest, along with typical operating conditions. The mooring analysis focuses on the structural adequacy of the mooring lines, anchor uplift and anchor holding power.

NAME OF VESSEL : FPSO BROTOJOYO

The report covers the following engineering scope pertaining to the risers and power cable analysis of the vessel: To determine the maximum loads (tension and compression) and minimum bending radius of the flexible risers and power cable. Clearance between risers and seabed, and clearance between power cable and seabed.

This analysis is performed to be used for a study of FPSO Brotojoyo into a safe risers and power cable system motion on the Pagerungan Utara field in 90 meters water depth, during Ballasted and Fully Loaded conditions. The catenary spread mooring system will be tied into the facilities. Types of riser, 6"H1993-6ply riser, 200m, 8.3inch OD . This report assess the behavior of the risers and power cable system under extreme weather conditions in the field of interest, along with typical operation conditions.

Scope of work : This procedure details those activities required on the FPSO BROTOJOYO and Towing Tugs in order to tow the FPSO BROTOJOYO. The purpose of this procedure is to detail the activities that will take place to tow the FPSO BROTOJOYO.

This analysis is performed to be used for a study of Tanker Aframax Class during offloading in tandem mooring to FPSO Brotojoyo on the Pagerungan Utara field. Single assist tug will be hold in the stern of tanker during tandem mooring to FPSO Brotojoyo. This report assesses the behaviour of the Tandem Tanker and FPSO mooring system under operational weather conditions in the field of interest, along with typical operating conditions. The analysis focused on mooring hawser tension and spread mooring structural adequacy of FPSO Brotojoyo.

During installation process some discrepancies were occurred from the proposed design, however reanalysis is performed to meet with the actual as built condition on site . This report assess the behavior of the risers and power cable system under extreme weather conditions only for the worst cases condition based on the actual as built situation in the field of interest, along with typical operation conditions.

In order to avoid clash between Flexible risers and batter of WHP, risers wil be bounded together with rubber clamp and some additional weight will be putted on the rubber clamp in order to restrict to motions of risers.

The Risers Point attachment in FPSO is assumed in the starboardside and 18.6 m from FPSO keel and attachment in WPA in elevation 3.04 m form SWL. Horizontal distance between attaching point of risers between FPSO and WHP is 140 m.
