Saint Gallen Food Industries LTD. Is a family business based on the continuity and maintenance of good Manufacturing practices in the bakery, pastry, confectionery and fast casual food areas. Our Human resource is highly trained in the European traditional making processes as well as in the American new ways of food production and technology. Our commitment is to give all our Know-how and acquire the highest technology to produce high quality products, in many varieties and flavors, to satisfy the refined taste of our customers whom not only values the traditional European flavors, but also are open to to new and innovative products. Under those corporate principles, our production lines born identified with the Saint Gallen trade mark, which is recognized as an identity symbol from the Coffeegrowing region, place well known as the bigger nougat-producing zone of the country. Furthermore, Saint Gallens main focus now is to make those European style gourmet products the best of Colombia. The Nougat Confectionery Saint Gallen Plant is located in Pereira city. It is a central location with many access ways, near the Matecana international Airport, and the Pan American and Magdalena arterial complex road, which allows the access to Buenaventura and Barranquilla ports in the pacific and Caribbean seas respectively. Saint Gallen Nougat, has been well recognized for its flavor and consistency due to a new technique developed by our Innovation team. That process allows the mixture of a variety of products such as coffee, peanut, raspberry, honey and others in the nougat bar, maintaining the natural flavor of each type. In addition, Saint Gallen Nougat is not only a good quality and flavored candy, but also it is a natural energetic food, perfect to those people who need extra energy such as athletes and active people. The peanut content makes it an ideal product to increase the cerebral activity.
