1) to issue letter of demand only

2) to institute legal proceedings in the Magistrate's,
Sessions and High Courts up to obtaining Judgment

ii) if no amount is recovered, not more than 10% of your claim.

d) If your claim is between RM100,001.00 and RM250,000.00 not more thanI5Yo of your claim or the amount recovered which ever is higher; and

ii) if no amount is recovered, not more than 7Yo of your claim.

If your claim is above RM250,001.00

our bill of charges as in above is only issued to you when the file is closed either on your instructions or when your claim is recovered. we dt not as a rule render to you interim bill for work done at any particular stage of the legal proceedings. We also do not charge you geparately for any advice sought from us on any matter relating to the case that is- being handled by us.

We shall however continue to ask from you an initial disbursement of RM500.00 for the action filed either in the Magistrateos or the Sessions Court, and RM750.00 for the suit filed in the High Court. Payment is only asked of you when the action or suit (as the case may be) has already been filed into Court. To commence bankruptcy and winding-up proceedings we will require from you an initial payment of RM3,000.00 and RM4,500.00 respectively to pay Official Assignee and Official
Receivor deposits and other disbursements.

As always, your cases are handled personally by our Mr. Teh Cheng Aik who is assisted by a pool of experienced staff.
