The firm opened its doors to the public in October of 2008 and has since grown to be a force to reckon with in the market. The firm was pioneered by the founding partners Messrs Caleb Mucheche and Rodgers Matsikidze. Our team
Caleb Mucheche (Managing Director)

Caleb Mucheche LLB (Hons) UZ: A duly registered Legal Practitioner, Conveyancer, Notary Public and Arbitrator, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Champion Insurance Company (Pvt) Ltd. Mr. Mucheche teaches at the Faculty of Law, in the Private Law Department, where he is the Banking Law, Company Law, Family Law and Contract Law Lecturer. He has astute and keen interest in Commercial and Labour Law. He is a Director of several registered companies including Visionline Investments (Pvt) Ltd, Spielstone Investments (Pvt) Ltd, Waystar Investments (Pvt) Ltd, Dominion Investments (Pvt) Ltd, Online Hardware (Private) Ltd among others. He has a wealth of experience he acquired from other firms like Sinyoro and Partners, Donsa Nkomo Legal Practice, Madanhi and Mugadza Legal Practitioners and Warara and Associates. He is a born again Christian and a Deacon at his church in Chisipite District. His areas of interest are corporate law, labour law, trade and investment law, intellectual property and deceased estates. He is married to Rufaro, a Pharmacist with a degree from the University of Zimbabwe. Mr. Mucheche is currently studying for a Masters Degree in Law and a Masters in Business Leadership with a UK University.

RODGERS MATSIKIDZE (EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR& SENIOR CONSULTANT)

Rodgers Matsikidze LLB (Hons) UZ: A duly registered Legal Practitioner, Conveyancer, Notary Public and Arbitrator. Mr. Matsikidze was invited to teach Law the same year he graduated at the University of Zimbabwe s Faculty of Law. He teaches undergraduate Labour and Postgraduate Labour Law, Arbitration and Conciliation. He is the Chairman of the Harare Employment Council, Chairman of the Harare Municipal Undertaking, and a Board member of the Community Working Group on Health (CWGH). In the Faculty of Engineering at the University, he is often called to teach Mining Law and Legal Framework for Mineral Development. He is the Acting Director, Legal Aid Clinic and Students Attachment Division and also the Legal Proctor of the University of Zimbabwe. He is also the Centre Director for the Zimbabwe Labour Centre. He is a Director of several companies including Matsiland (Pvt) Ltd, Visionline Investments (Pvt) Ltd and Legacy Executors (Pvt) Ltd trading as M&M Executors. Currently he is co-authoring the Guide to Labour and Employment Law in Zimbabwe with renowned Labour relations author, Munyaradzi Gwisai. At his church, he heads City Assembly in Harare. Mr. Matsikidze is currently pursuing an MPhil with the University of Zimbabwe. He is married to Edith, a Medical Doctor and graduate of the University of Zimbabwe.

Mutero Reason (Training and Research Consultant)

Reason Mutero Bsc (Hons) Human Resource Management (MSU), MIPMZ, Diploma Labour Relations (IPMZ): He has concrete experience in Recruitment and Selection Organizational Development, Performance Management, Job Evaluation, human resource management, strategy formulation and implementation, business process mapping and reengineering. He has wide practical experience in designing, development, presentation and evaluation of training and development programs to meet business needs. Reason worked as an HR Officer with National Tyre Services Ltd for three years where he gained practical HR experience and was involved in the setting up of the balance scorecard performance management systems, job evaluation exercise and gained practical

Industrial relations within the motor industry. He later moved to join Midvest
Holdings as a Group Human Resources Manager in Transport, Beverage and Plastic manufacturing industries. Developed and facilitated many open management development programs and also designed and developed structured internship and leadership programs for various employee levels. diligence and HR Audits .Mr Mutero is a born again Christian who fellows with UFI Ministries and is married to Mary a Finance Graduate from the Midlands State University . ASHLEY MUKWESHA (HUMAN RESOURCES ATTACHEE)

Ashley Mukwesha is pursuing a Bsc (Hons) Human Resource Management (MSU) third year. A Christian, born in Harare, he attended Visitation Makumbi High School in Harare. He is on work related learning with M&M Business and Labour Consultancy for the period February 2011 to January 2012. He works as a Training and Research Consultant assistant and he has gained vast knowledge in Recruitment and Selection, Job evaluation as well as training and development. He worked as a Sales Associate at InnScor Africa and rose to the position of a Stores Manager for four Strategic Business Units at Emerald Hill InnScor Complex. He then became a Shift Manager in the same organization and then decided to go to Midlands State University where he is pursuing his studies. He has a passion for Human Resource Management and Labour Law and has managed to write articles on labour issues such as, The Law on strike action depriving employees of their fundamental right , Africa is crying to mention but a few.

PATIENCE MAHAMBA (FRONT OFFICE CONSULTANT)

Patience Mahamba-Personal Assistant; She attended Masvingo Polytechnic where she obtained a Diploma in Secretarial Studies. She also holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the same institution and a Diploma in Executive Secretarial from the London Chamber of Commerce Industry Board. She worked for Mtumbwa, Mugabe and Associates where she acquired a wealthy foundation in executive secretarial work and clerical work. She joined M&M Labour& Business Consultancy in 2009.

Jekemu dube (dEspatch officer)

Jekemu Dube-Estates Officer; Born in Masvingo in the District of Mwenezi, he attended Maranda High School in Masvingo. He worked as a Supervisor at The Guest Lodge in Harare. He then joined Crishat Fire Engineers and he obtained a certificate in fire fighting. Page | 14

After leaving Crishat, Mr. Dube joined the University of Zimbabwe as a manager at the Senior Common Room Club. He then joined RJ Executor Services as an Estates Officer and later joined Mbidzo, Muchadehama and Makoni under the same capacity before joining M&M Labour Consultancy. He brings into the firm a wealth of experience.

Corporate social responsibility


We assist widows and orphans throughout Zimbabwe under the banner of Zimbabwe Widows and Orphans Trust. In addition, our Consultancy firm sponsors the educational needs of orphaned children throughout Zimbabwe under the auspices of Ebenezer Educational Trust. We also sponsor the preaching and propagation of the Word of God by various Ministries.
