Client: AYALA LAND INCORPORATION Period Start: October 7, 2010 to present DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide support, advice, co-ordinate and supervision of HSE aspects to construction authorities like project manager, engineers, foreman, supervisors in the safe operation of all construction activities so as to remove the risk of accidents/incidents & near misses. Supervise and handling number of Jr. HSE officers as per project base and provide HSE support to construction team to ensure personnel are fully aware of client and own HSE policies as well as the local legislation/procedures by Philippine regulations or codes of the project. Participate in the internal safety audit program by conducting system safety audits. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Teamwork with HSE Team, implement HSE policies, training plan and HSE Management System Requirement that confirm w/ ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:1999.
