AIM AND SCOPE Asian Journal of Management Research is a half-yearly, international, refereed journal published with the aim

to provide an online publishing platform for the academia, management researchers, and management students to publish their original works. AJMR focuses on publishing scholarly articles from the areas of management, management principles, recent inventions in management, company management, financial management, human resources, accounting, marketing, operations management, human resource management, statistics, international business, information technology, environment, risk management, globalization and related areas. Asian journal of management research seeks original manuscripts that identify, extend, unify, test or apply scientific and multi-disciplinary knowledge concerned to the management field. The following types of papers are considered for publication: 1. Original research works in the above-mentioned fields 2. Surveys, opinions, abstracts and essays related to Operations research. 3. Few review papers will be published if the author had done considerable work in that area. 4. Case studies related to management domain. Key Features

Submission of articles Authors are invited to submit their research articles, review papers properly formatted as per the author guidelines to submissions@ipublishing.co.in mentioning the name of the journal or through the submission form . Special editions are also planned subjected to the scope and need. Currently AJMR is also publishing peer reviewed papers of International and National level conferences conducted by various research and academic institutions . Article processing All submitted articles will be initially subjected to editorial procedures, if found suitable for publishing will be sent to reviewers for peer review. Authors are also invited to suggest at least three potential reviewers who can review their article. It is not mandatory for the editor to send the articles only to the reviewer referred by authors, it is at discretion of the editor to send articles to any reviewer of his/ her choice. Once the review process is over and the article is accepted

authors will be intimated over mail with the galey proof which the author is insisted to reply within 5 days of time, after which the article will be sent for publishing. Copyright Authors are also instructed to submit the copyright transfer form once the article is accepted for publication, without which the articles will not be processed. METAMORPHOSIS A Journal of Management Research METAMORPHOSIS means a process or transformation. In the field of management, as the complexities of management issues show an increase, there is an imminent need to bridge the relevance gap regarding production, dissemination and use of knowledge. This entails a need to understand where we, as management researchers, are coming from and the underlying influences in doing research. It also consists in taking a more reflexive approach to management research. To give to all interested and involved in the process of management, a journal which does not look at the discipline of management as an assortment of functional tools and approaches but as an integrated discipline treating various aspects of managerial competence as one complete whole.
