TelcoGIS is an open system with a rich set of standard-compliant API enabling an easy integration into new and existing OSS/BSS environments connecting it to a variety of external systems, including Inventory, Provisioning, CRM, User Data Bases, Self-service Portals, etc..

Easy-to-use GUI
The rich set of admin and user functionalities offered by the TelcoGIS platform can be easily accessed through a modular and neatly organized GUI built with standard Portlet technology, natively pluggable into every Liferaybased Enterprise Portal. In particular, key admin activities such as import and export of raster and rector data, grouping and management of layers, dynamic spatial queries, etc. are made very easy. An integrated access control function manages the different operational roles profiles securely and seamlessly.

Coverage Check
The Coverage Check is a foundation to implement and support various functionalities, such as:

They are natively accessible through the Portlet -based interface to support key operational activities in the areas of network optimization and maintenance, customer provisioning, quality assurance, marketing, sales & commercial planning. Exploiting the TelcoGIS APIs, an easily customizable web application has been also built that can be deployed in the operator web site. Through a stepped approach, it allows end -customers self-performing an efficient and speedy verification of coverage, selecting the desired service plan and type of User Terminal (outdoor, indoor, indoor with windows antenna, USB dongle, etc.) among those possible by the available coverage, and, finally, subscribing the service on-line.
