Tarefas preparatórias

Motor
Troque o óleo do motor e o filtro de óleo do motor

Substitua o filtro de gás

Substitua o evaporador

Verifique as configurações e o controle do sistema de gás

Verifique o nível de CO no sistema de escape

Verifique o sistema de GPL quanto a danos e estanqueidade

Visually inspect the condition of the engine support and engine mount, and check that they
are securely attached

Check the condition of the V-ribbed belt

Clean the radiator and check it for leak tightness

Check the coolant concentration

Replace the cartridge in the air filter

Check the dust discharge valve

Clean the oil bath air filter and change the oil

Gearbox
Change the oil in the planetary transmission (once after 1000 hours, again at 3000 hours
and then every 3000 hours)

Check the oil level in the planetary transmission and check for leak tightness

Check the mounting of the axle clamp

Visually inspect the mounting of the hydraulic pump on the engine

Chassis, bodywork and fittings

Check the condition of the seat belt and check that it is working correctly

Visually inspect the mounting of the chassis/counterweight

Visually inspect the mounting of the tilt cylinder supports

Lubricate the bearing points for the overhead guard

Check and lubricate the bearing points and joints

Maintain the heating system and air conditioning

Chassis frame
Check the wheels for damage, foreign objects and wear

Lubricate the steering axle

Check the mounting of the steering axle

Check the condition of the antistatic belt

Operating devices
Check that the parking brake is working correctly

Check the pedal group

Electrics
Check the condition of the electrical connections and check that they are securely attached

Check the condition of the starter battery

Check the axle load sensor

Check the load pressure sensor

Check the lift height sensor

Hydraulics
Check the oil level of the hydraulic system

Verifique se a válvula de purga no tanque hidráulico está funcionando corretamente

Lubrifique os pontos de apoio do mastro de elevação

Limpe e ajuste a corrente do mastro de elevação e aplique spray de corrente

Verifique os braços do garfo e os dispositivos de travamento do braço do garfo

Tarefas finais
Realize um teste funcional, incluindo um test drive
