WITH YOGA PASSPORT PROGRAM




INTRODUCTION:
One of the objectives of Satyananda Yoga Centre
is to organize various yoga programs in general in
line with the Satyananda Yoga tradition in a
systematic way. Divine Yoga nstitute, an annex of
Satyananda Yoga Centre, primarily runs various
yogic teaching and training programs with due
focus on yogic/natural life style. The objective of all
teaching and training programs is to properly
impart yogic skill and knowledge to yoga
participants on both theoretical and practical levels
so that their practical skills and knowledge in yoga
are enhanced.

ASPECTS OF YOGIC PRACTICE:
Keeping this view in mind, Yoga Teacher's
Training Program is designed to give a
comprehensive theoretical and practical
knowledge of yoga including its various aspects of
fundamental practice i.e. Asana posture),
!7anayama breath control), :/7a psychic
gesture), Ban/a psychic locks), $atka7ma
yogic cleansing), 's7ama #elaxation),
a7ana Concentration) and yana
editation).

This program is for those individuals and yoga
participants/teachers:

O Firstly, who are highly motivated in learning
and practicing yoga properly in a scientific way and
are ready to sincerely apply it to their day to day
living for their good health, happiness, and a
tension free living

O Secondly, who want to deepen their feelings
and experience through the practice of various
aspects of yoga mentioned above and

O Thirdly, who are sincerely willing to teach
other people in their community/country who are
interested in learning yogic practices for their good
health, happiness and harmonious living.

METHOD OF TEACHING:
n this program a personalized teaching as far as
possible) and yogic training is given to yoga
participants in small group usually 2 to 3
participants in a class) best suited to their physical
constitution, age, requirements and limitation. One
should go through practical Yoga sessions learning
with the aster and revising the learnt practices
everyday as instructed) over a period of 8 to 10
weeks. The lessons, which include all aspects of
yoga above, are properly graded in Nine Levels that
form a matrix of fundamental structure of yogic
practice giving each and every benefit of yoga to the
participant in a summarized way. The various levels
including all aspects of yoga and their practices
make a complete integrated program which is
necessary for an individual with a busy life involving
in various worldly activities.

BENEFITS OF THE PROGRAM:
After completing several levels through proper
learning and practice, each participant in this YTT
program would feel and experience certain changes
within oneself through the practice of various
aspects of yoga under the direct guidance and
instructions of the Yoga aster.

Another great advantage of this program is that you
will be receiving various groups of programs both
shorter and longer for your daily practice.
Depending upon your need of a particular practice
and the length of time available for you each day
after the completion of your training with us, you will
be quite flexible to choose any one of the programs
suitable for your daily practice. n this way the
shortest program is of half an hour and the longest
is of two hours. Every program is complete in itself
with its specific objective and benefits. You can
derive equal benefit from each of the level/program
if practiced properly as instructed. For this whether
the program is shorter or longer you are required to
practice your program with proper technique,
synchronization of breath, and awareness on the
bodily movements and effects of the each and every
yogic exercise throughout the practice.

Yoga Teacher Training Program gives you following
benefits while you go through it:

O You will have a good theoretical and practical
understanding of yoga, its importance and
relevance of practical application in your daily life for
your happy, healthy and harmonious living.

O After a few weeks of regular practice, you will
definitely feel and experience some positive change
on your physical, mental and emotional levels i.e.
light body, freshness of mind, relaxed emotions and
efficiency in your working activities and dynamism.

O f you have any general physical
problems/diseases then the yogic practice you
receive may be focused on your specific
need/problem. any of the problems would just go
away as the result of your regular and proper
practice of yoga. Please note that yoga does not go
together with those people who are irregular and
lazy in their practice.

O This program helps qualify you to become a
good yoga teacher with your own practical
knowledge and experience that you gain through
the training and yogic practice under our instruction
and guideline.
