A technical problem is that daily, weekly and monthly charts are simultaneously negative without being oversold. The monthly charts are just moving out of overbought territory and for the Dow Industrial Average shifts to negative at the end of September on a monthly close below the five month modified moving average at 11,954. The weekly chart for the Dow Industrial Average stays negative on a weekly close below the five-week modified moving average at 11,590. The daily chart for the Dow Industrial Average shifted to negative on Fridays close below the five-day modified moving average at 11,371. 10-Year Note (2.003) Traded to a new all time low at 1.907 overnight on a heightened flight to quality. Daily, semiannual, annual, monthly and quarterly value levels are 2.196, 2.414, 2.690, 2.715 and 3.053 with weekly and semiannual risky levels at 1.811 and 1.672.

Comex Gold ($1884.4) Traded to a new all time high at $1923.7 overnight. Daily, monthly, quarterly and semiannual value levels are $1820.8, $1702.3, $1655.8 and $1644.8 with my weekly risky level at $1940.3.

Nymex Crude Oil ($86.72) Traded as low as $83.20 over the holiday weekend. The 200-week SMA is $83.85 with a weekly value level at $82.99, daily risky level at $87.73, the 50-day / 200 day death cross at $91.46 and $95.26, my annual pivots at $99.91 and $101.92 and quarterly, semiannual and monthly risky levels at $102.40, $103.92 and $104.23.

The Euro (1.4193) Traded as low as 1.4042 overnight testing its 200-week simple moving average at 1.4025. My quarterly value level is 1.3728 with daily, weekly, semiannual and monthly risky levels at 1.4285, 1.4342, 1.4752 and 1.4872.

The SOX (341.46) Weekly, annual and semiannual value levels are 307.63, 270.98, 258.97 and 204.67 with daily and monthly risky levels at 350.14 and 418.07, the 50-day and 200-day SMAs death cross at 375.81 and 416.21 and quarterly and annual risky levels at 493.22 and 531.14. Equity Fundamentals Stocks are undervalued. 85.8% of all stocks are undervalued / 14.2% of all stocks are overvalued. In March 2009, 91.1% of all stocks were undervalued.
