I am seeking a challenging position as an Manual Tester in the field of Mediation,Biling for OSS and BSS domain.
Mediation Career Summary:

Knowledge of call flows of CDMA and GSM scenarios. Experience in designing end to end solutions for BSS development in telecommunication environment. Knowledge of Comptel EL6.0 Mediation system. An understanding of all phases of the systems development lifecycle process; including process mapping, scope definition, requirements definition, functional design, testing, implementation and user training. Knowledge of BSCS batch processing with hands-on experience in UNIX, shell-script and SQL. Experience in requirements gathering, functional design and all facets of system testing. Ability to understand complex business problems and determine system based solutions Ability to work well independently or in team. Good attention to detail and 'hands on' approach to work Testing & Verification of CDR(call detail records) for new product or any modification in CDR Fields in Mediation. Clearance for new MSCs from the Revenue Assurance team & Co-ordinating with ISIT for the launch of the switches at Circles is done periodically.

Ensuring no revenue loss due to network issue, Wrong CDR processing logic, wrong/incomplete Mediation-billing table configuration and Billing package configuration.
Reject analysis and Clearance of all rejected CDRs at Mediation and Billing Level.

Tata Teleservices (Hyderabad) Position Assistant Manager. IT/Business Analyst (2 Yrs.) Worked as an Analyst responsible for designing BSS solutions especially for Mediation and also has exposure of the other BSS postpaid systems. Some of the key projects include: Implementation of NRTRDE solution. Responsibility includes, 1. Handling operational issues, including NRTRDE-IN rejects and closing issues coordinating with MACH and other operators. 2. Handling Billing disputes with internal teams like FMS and Billing system. 3. Configuring system with new coming NRTRDE compliant operators. 6-Sigma projects undertaken (Green belt): Developed logic to bill calls that were getting rejected due to duplicate checker at billing. 2. Developed logic for billing long duration calls that were getting rejected at Mediation as duplicates.
