Cluster Optimization:
Monitoring and evaluating daily network performance KPIs (DCR, HSR, SDCCH Blocking, TCH Blocking etc.); Identification of worst performing cells and suggesting optimization solution through modification of radio parameters; Optimizing Clusters based on pre defined target Statistical KPIs and rectification of on field DT , Bad Quality Patches to meet target DT KPIs. Optimizing the network by modifying the Engineering Parameters on the sites and reconsidering the TRx priority, Handover Margins, Downlink Power Control, Static Power, TA Restriction etc ; Capacity Expansion (monitoring of congested cells & work orders generated to expand TRXs in over utilized cells); Neighbor Audit (Work Orders Generated to Add Missing Neighbors and to Modify Adjacent Cell Parameters); New sites drive test Report Analysis to ensure smooth integration of new roll-out sites with already operational network to prevent performance degradation; Performing Log Files Analysis to troubleshoot the problems in the network and reporting to the higher management; Used PIANO tool in Mapinfo to analyze the frequency scanning, and recommend the required frequency changes.
